KABAR baik bagi warga Sragen di wilayah utara Bengawan Solo, utamanya di Kecamatan Tangen dan Jenar. Layanan air bersih Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dipastikan sudah mulai mengalir ke dua kecamatan itu pada 2021 mendatang.
Saat ini, PDAM sudah mengawali dengan tahapan ujicoba pipa distribusi jaringan yang menuju ke dua kecamatan tersebut.
Direktur Utama (Dirut) PDAM Sragen Supardi mengatakan, untuk tahap awal, perluasan layanan akan diarahkan ke Kecamatan Tangen dan Jenar.
Jaringan Selesai
Saat ini Jaringan Distribusi Utama (JDU) dan Jaringan Distribusi Layanan (JDL) ke wilayah itu sudah selesai digarap.
“Untuk pipa jaringan kita dapat bantuan hibah dari Oasen Belanda. Panjangnya sekitar 10,2 kilometer, mulai dari diameter 1,5 inci, 2, 3, hingga 4 inci. Totalnya senilai Rp 800 juta dengan pipa jenis HDPE,” paparnya kepada inspirasiline.com, Senin (16/11/2020).
Supardi menguraikan, saat ini tinggal merampungkan pembangunan reservoir dan kantor layanan.
Rencananya, lokasi kantor akan ditempatkan di Jenar, berikut reservoir yang akan dibangun di tanah kas desa dengan sistem sewa.
Pembangunan kantor dan reservoir direncanakan mulai awal 2021.
Saat ini sudah dimulai tahapan ujicoba untuk mengalirkan air menuju ke Jenar dan Tangen.
Ujicoba dimaksudkan untuk memastikan kontinyuitas dan kualitas air bisa sampai ke daerah layanan dengan lancar dan baik.
“Ujicoba mungkin butuh waktu beberapa bulan sambil menunggu kantor dan reservoir siap. Mengapa ujicoba kita intensifkan? Karena kita ingin kesan pertama ke pelanggan itu bisa maksimal. Kemarin ujicoba air kita alirkan dari Banaran, kita ambil di atas 20 liter/detik 24 jam nonstop, ternyata FE (besi) dan MN (mangan) di atas ambang. Tapi kalau diambil 10 sampai 15 liter per detik nggak masalah,” ungkap Supardi.
Dari kondisi itu, disimpulkan bahwa memang butuh proses aerasi dan filtrasi untuk memaksimalkan kualitas air di Banaran yang akan digunakan menyuplai Jenar dan Tangen.
“Nanti air dari sumur kita pompa dan filtrasi di reservoir Bolorejo. Dari situ kita pompa ke reservoir di Jenar. Baru dialirkan ke pelanggan-pelangan. Jadi tiga kali pompa. InsyaAllah jika semua lancar, sebelum Lebaran sudah bisa mengalir ke sana,” tuturnya.***
