PEMERINTAH Desa (Pemdes) Panohan, Kecamatan Gunem, Kabupaten Rembang mengambil langkah tegas, yakni membongkar pos portal untuk pungutan retribusi di akses jalan masuk menuju Waduk Panohan.

Kepala Desa (Kades) Panohan Amir Fuad kepada media menjelaskan, sebelumnya pengunjung yang masuk ke Waduk Panohan ditarik karcis, untuk sepeda motor Rp 3.000 dan mobil Rp 8.000.

Semula uang penarikan masuk ke Karang Taruna, tapi lama kelamaan kurang jelas pengelolaannya.

Setelah portal dibongkar, pengunjung bisa masuk ke Waduk Panohan secara gratis.

“Banyak laporan yang kami terima, kadang penarikan lebih dari ketentuan itu, yang tidak perlu saya sebutkan angkanya,“ kata Amir.

Tapi alasan pembongkaran portal, bukan semata-mata karena masalah tersebut. Melainkan sejauh ini belum ada regulasi atau aturan yang menjadi payung hukum pungutan retribusi di kawasan waduk. Apalagi Peraturan Desa (Perdes) menyangkut penarikan, belum disahkan.

“Ini kan rancu. Makanya dari pihak pemerintah desa memutuskan untuk meniadakan portal dulu,“ imbuhnya.

Selama pembongran portal dan pos, berjalan lancar. Tampak anggota Polsek dan Koramil Gunem, ikut mendampingi.

Amir Fuad menambahkan, pihaknya sudah membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) maupun Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Nantinya setelah semua siap, mereka yang akan diberi tugas mengelola potensi-potensi di Desa Panohan, termasuk potensi wisata.

“Kapan portal dipasang lagi, ya secepatnya. Nunggu Pokdarwis sama BUMDes siap. Sekarang masih kita tuntaskan,“ terang Amir.

Sebenarnya pihak Desa Panohan ingin mempercepat upaya pengelolaan destinasi wisata. Hanya saja anggaran desa belum bisa menopang, lantaran masih tersedot untuk penanganan Covid-19.***
