RUANG isolasi pasien Covid-19 rumah sakit (RS) di Kabupaten Sragen penuh. Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati meminta dua Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dan tujuh RS swasta menambah tempat tidur untuk pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19.
Berdasar laporan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten (DKK) Sragen, Jumat (25/6/2021) sore, dari total 27 tempat tidur di Ruang ICU, sebanyak 24 tempat tidur (88,88%) sudah terpakai. Sementara dari 222 tempat tidur di ruang isolasi, terpakai 100%.
“Sekarang kami berupaya agar RS bisa menampung pasien lagi, apabila mereka membutuhkan rawat inap. Tapi tidak semudah itu. Semua butuh waktu. Baik RS negeri atau swasta kami minta menambah kapasitas tempat tidur. Dalam sepekan ke depan, insyaAllah tambahan tempat tidur itu sudah terpenuhi,” ungkap Bupati Kusdinar Utung Yuni Sukowati saat ditemui wartawan di rumah dinasnya, Sabtu (26/6/2021).
Di RSUD dr Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen, Yuni –sapaan akrab Bupati Sragen– meminta bangunan gedung baru yang berlokasi di sisi timur bisa dipakai untuk ruang rawat inap pasien positif Covid-19 dengan kapasitas 100 tempat tidur.
Sementara di RSUD dr Soeratno Gemolong akan menambah 22 tempat tidur baru untuk merawat pasien Covid-19.
Terdapat tujuh RS swasta yang sudah ditunjuk menjadi RS rujukan melalui SK Bupati. RS tersebut adalah RS Amal Sehat, RS Sarila Husada, RS Mardi Lestari, RS Rizki Amalia, RS Yakssi, RS PKU Muhammadiyah, dan RS Assalam.
Beberapa RS swasta tidak bisa menjadi RS rujukan pasien Covid-19, karena tidak memiliki tenaga dokter spesialis paru.
“RS Amal Sehat nanti akan tambah 16 tempat tidur. RS Yakssi ada tambahan empat tempat tidur. Tapi yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana masyarakat tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan,” jelasnya.
Dengan adanya tambahan tempat tidur itu, kata Yuni, otomatis memerlukan tambahan pasokan oksigen (O2). Yuni mengakui tingkat kebutuhan O2 cukup besar, meski stoknya terbatas.
Terkait hal itu, orang nomor satu di Bumi Sukowati ini mendesak Gubernur Jawa Tengah (Jateng) Ganjar Pranowo serta pemerintah pusat untuk memberi solusi terkait keterbatasan stok oksigen.
“Sebetulnya sudah ada distributor O2, masing-masing mengkaver beberapa RS. Tapi karena kebutuhan sangat tinggi, beberapa kali pasokannya rendet (tidak lancar). Perlu ada tambahan O2 biar tenaga kesehatan yang di lapangan tidak waswas,” jelas putri sulung mantan Bupati Sragen, Untung Wiyono.***
