WAKIL Bupati Blora Tri Yuli Setyowati kembali memimpin Rapat Koordinasi dan Evaluasi Inovasi Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) untuk Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, yang kali ini diikuti oleh Camat dan Kepala Puskesmas se-Kabupaten Blora. Rapat digelar di Ruang Pertemuan Lantai II Bappeda Blora, Kamis (12/8/2021).
Dalam rapat koordinasi kali ini, Wabup Tri Yuli Setyowati mewakili Bupati Arief Rohman kembali menekankan kepada seluruh peserta rapat untuk melakukan inovasi dalam menghadirkan pelayanan pada masyarakat, yang tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk meningkatkan indeks inovasi daerah dan memperoleh insentif daerah yang disiapkan oleh pemerintah pusat.
“Jadi begini Bapak-Ibu, pemerintah pusat telah menyediakan Rp 212 miliar untuk insentif daerah, dengan catatan seberapa banyak daerah membuat inovasi. Dan jangan berpikir bahwa inovasi itu sesuatu yang berat. Inovasi itu dari yang sudah biasa Bapak-Ibu lakukan, tinggal dikembangkan dan dikreasikan,” ungkap Wabup.
Wabup meminta seluruh Kecamatan dan Puskesmas yang ada untuk berlomba-lomba mengembangkan dan melaporkan inovasi yang sudah pernah dibuat ke Bappeda.
“Bapak-Ibu, di sela-sela kesibukan, saya minta kita satu mindset, satu gagasan memasukkan inovasi kita di Kemendagri. Sudah ada beberapa inovasi yang masuk, seperti Puskesmas Japah dengan tiga inovasi dan Puskesmas Kutukan dua inovasi. Masih ada waktu sampai dengan akhir Agustus 2021 untuk input datanya. Apabila mengalami kesulitan, jangan ragu-ragu untuk konsultasi dengan Bappeda. Bappeda harus siap memberikan pendampingan,” tegasnya.
Sementara Sekretaris Bappeda Free Bayu Alamanda mewakili Plt Kepala Bappeda Aunur Rofiq menjelaskan, dalam indeks inovasi daerah ada dua aspek dan tujuh variabel yang dijabarkan dalam 36 variabel penilaian inovasi daerah, yang menjadi kewenangan daerah.
“Jadi indeks inovasi daerah ini sebagai bank data daerah, wadah pelaporan, instrumen pengukuran, dan indikator penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Kami dari Bappeda mendorong Bapak-Ibu, di masa pandemi ini tidak lagi work as usual. Bappeda siap mendampingi Bapak-Ibu merumuskan inovasi yang dibuat, sehingga tahun ini predikat sangat inovatif dapat dipertahankan dan meningkat pula poin penilaiannya,” papar Free Bayu.***
