PEMBELAJARAN tatap muka (PTM) bagi siswa SD dan SMP di Kabupaten Grobogan yang baru dibuka dan berjalan sehari mulai Senin (23/8/2021) kemarin, Selasa (24/8/21) kembali dianulir atau ditunda sampai adanya regulasi yang mengatur tentang hal tersebut.
Demikian isi surat tertulis Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Grobogan Amin Hidayat kepada jajarannya.
Kekhawatiran tentang kemungkinan terjadinya klaster sekolah Covid-19 menjadi dasar kebijakan penundaaan PTM.
Dalam instruksi tertulis itu disebutkan, PTM ditunda karena banyak pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan belum semua divaksin.

“Kami baru mengumpulkan data tersebut. Dari 11.000 pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, kira-kira baru 30%-nya yang sudah divaksin,” kata Amin Hidayat.
Kepala Disdik Grobogan Amin Hidayat melalui Kepala Bidang PMPTK Disdik Grobogan Ruswandi tengah mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya terkait dengan PTM, baik rencana vanksinasi kepada tenaga pendidik dan sarana protokol kesehatan (prokes)-nya.
“Nanti kalau sudah siap semuanya dan sesuai regulasi yang ada, tetap kami mulai lagi PTM di Grobogan,” tegas Ruswandi.
Akibat penundaan PTM ini, banyak orangtua/wali peserta didik yang mengungkapkan kekecewaannya.
“Kami ya kecewa, karena anak saya dengan seragam barunya, disertai semangat baru pula, tidak jadi masuk sekolah. Sudah lama belajar daring,” ujar Pardi, orangtua peserta didik warga Purwodadi.
Hal senada juga disampaikan orangtua/wali peserta didik yang lain, Fajar, Bambang, dan Heru.
Tak Terlalu Lama
Ketua Komite SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi Pangkat Joko Widodo mengatakan, pihaknya tetap menaati regulasi yang ada.
Namun pihak komite sekolah juga berharap, penundaan tersebut tidak terlalu lama, karena akan berpengaruh dan kasihan peserta didik.
Pangkat Joko Widodo menjelaskan, berdasarkan SKB 4 Menteri, pada kabupaten dengan Level III boleh menggelar PTM Terbatas.
“Yang penting penundaannya jangan terlalu lamalah,” kata Pangkat Joko Widodo kepada inspirasiline.com melalui ponselnya, siang ini.
Kepala SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi Purnyomo ketika dimintai tanggapannya mengatakan, pihaknya tetap menaati kebijakan pemerintah demi kebaikan peserta didiknya.
Namun Purnomo mengusulkan agar sekolah yang melanggar prokes bisa diingatkan.
“Bahkan jika perlu diberi punishment atau sanksi. Sedangkan bagi yang sudah ketat prokesnya, tetap boleh melaksanakan PTM terbatas,” ujarnya.
Terpisah, Sekretaris Disdik Grobogan Wahono menjelaskan, penundaan ini dimaksudkan untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan Covid-19 di kalangan peserta didik, meski kasus baru per hari di Grobogan sudah menurun drastis.
“Kami juga banyak menerima laporan beberapa sekolah yang jauh dari kota, banyak yang tidak mematuhi prokes. Untuk itu, mohon Satgas Covid-19 tingkat kecamatan benar benar bisa mengawasinya, sambil kita menunggu regulasi PTM berikutnya,” tandas Wahono.
Terlepas dari penundaan PTM, masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik di Kabupaten Grobogan yang tidak memakai masker.
Seperti di salah satu SD di Kecamatan Tanggugharjo, saat jam istirahat, mereka berkerumun membeli makanan tanpa memakai masker. Hal ini seharusnya menjadi perhatian dan tugas guru di sekolah untuk memberikan edukasi seputar prokes kepada peserta didik.***
