TIGA pimpinan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Sragen menyatakan, bukan menolak menandatangani pengesahan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Perubahan 2021, namun hanya menunggu setelah Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati tanda tangan.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Sragen Muslim mengungkapkan, dalam Sidang Paripurna Pengesahan APBD Sragen, Rabu (29/9/2021) kemarin, memang Bupati tidak hadir dan diwakilkan kepada Wakil Bupati Suroto.
“Namun bukan berarti kami menolak tanda tangan, cuma menunggu Bupati tanda tangan. Mestinya bupati hadir, karena harus tanda tangan nota APBD yang ditetapkan bersama eksekutif dan legialstif,” kata Muslim saat dihubungi inspirasiline.com, Kamis (30/9/2021).
Ketua DPRD Sragen Suparno saat dimintai tanggapannya tentang tiga Wakil Ketua DPRD belum tanda tangan dalam sidang Paripurna Pengesahan APBD Perubahan mengatakan, hal itu tidak memengaruhi APBD Perubahan, karena semua fraksi menerima draf APBD Perubahan tersebut dan sudah digedok dalam rapat paripurna.
“Saat saya tanda tangan, mereka bertiga juga menyaksikan. Jadi APBD Perubahan tahun 2021 tetap sah,” ujar Suparno kepada inspirasiline.com, Kamis (30/9/2021).
“Tiga unsur pimpinan DPRD belum tanda tangan tidak memengaruhi keabsahan hasil APBD Perubahan. Sebab, semua fraksi menyetujui rancangan APBD Perubahan menjadi APBD dan sudah digedok.
Dengan demikian APBD perubahan tetap sah. Tanpa tanda tangan ketiga wakil, Perda APBD-P tetap bisa diajukan ke gubernur untuk mendapat persetujuan,” tandasnya.***
