Blora, – Memasuki musim penghujan, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Blora, melalui Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Edi Widayat menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk mewaspadai endemik Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Hal itu diungkapkan, saat ditemui awak media di Kantor Dinkes, Rabu pagi (27/10/2021).
“Kita harus tetap menjaga kebersihan agar terhindar dari demam berdarah, apalagi saat ini memasuki musim penghujan” ujarnya kepada Inspirasiline.
Untuk menekan angka pasien DBD, yang juga banyak memakan korban, Dinkes Blora gencar melaksanakan sosialisasi pencegahan demam berdarah dengue, yang ditularkan melalui nyamuk aides aigepty itu.
Sosialisasi Gerakan 3M
Dinas Kesehatan memberikan arahan kepada petugas Puskesmas dan Kader Kesehatan di Desa, untuk gencar lakukan sosialisasi gerakan 3M, yakni menguras air di penampungan, menutup rapat tempat penampungan air, dan mengubur atau memanfaatkan kembali barang bekas, yang berpotensi menjadi tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk penular DBD.
Selain itu, titik – titik yang terindikasi terjadi perkembangbiakan nyamuk penyebab DBD, akan dilakukan pengasapan atau fogging dan abatisasi. Dinkes juga menghimbau agar masyarakat, melakukan kegiatan pembersihan saluran air yang mampet.
Kasus DBD 98 Orang
Memasuki musim penghujan, dengan kondisi siklus tidak teratur ini, akan memicu DBD meningkat, hari ini ada sedikit peningkatan kasus Demam Berdarah (DBD) baik sifatnya ringan, demam dengaue atau yang sudah DBD.
“Kita mengharapkan kasus ini bisa ditekan tidak menjadi kasus berat sehingga tidak ada kematian, mari kita sama – sama berjuang mengatasi DBD ini, agar cepat selesai, tanpa korban jiwa,” himbaunya.
Sampai hari ini, ada beberapa kasus DBD terhitung akhir Oktober berdasarkan data 98 orang termasuk suspect ringan, diagnosa dengan DBD ada 50 orang, sedangkan kasus berat ada 3 orang.
