Brebes, Sebanyak 40 Pramuka Penegak dan Pandeka Kwartir Cabang (Kwarcab) 11.29 Brebes disiapkan menjadi relawan Pramuka Peduli (Pramuli). Karena Pramuka tidak hanya berkegiatan keriangan saja, tetapi juga dibekali nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, kepedulian untuk membantu masyarakat di sekitarnya.
“Sebenarnya semua pramuka adalah pramuka peduli tetapi untuk meneguhkan komitmen yang kuat dan memiliki bekal keahlian maka perlu dilatih tentang Pramuka Peduli,” kata Ketua Kwarcab 11.29 Brebes H Emastoni Ezam saat membuka Pelatihan Pramuka Peduli Bagi Kwartir Ranting tingkat Kwarda Jateng di Sanggar Pramuka Brebes, Minggu (14/11).
Emastoni menjelaskan, pada dasarnya masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat Brebes sudah menjadi pramuka sejak kecil. Terbukti sewaktu kecil sering kemah-kemahan dibawah bangku dengan menggunakan kain atau sarung. Dari situlah, anak-anak berlatih masak memasak secara imajiner.
Menjadi pramuka, kata Toni, tentu sudah tertanam kepedulian, membantu masyarakat, saling tolong menolong sesama manusia sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Dasa Darma Pramuka.
Menjadi pramuka peduli, lanjutnya, juga akan tertanam Insting kepramukaan yang setiap saat setiap waktu membantu. Menjadi Pramuka peduli akan mendapatkan nilai plus di mata manusia maupun dihadapan Yang Maha Kuasa. Contoh kecil, ketika ada ranting yang melintang di jalan, maka seorang anggota pramuka akan mengambil dan menyingkirkan ranting penghalang tersebut.
Emastoni menjelaskan, Pramuka Peduli lahir sejak tahun 1998 ketika terjadi krisis moneter. Digawangi Kak Haryono Suryono Pramuka Peduli membantu masyarakat yang kekurangan. Dan Pramuka Peduli makin eksis ketika Aceh dilanda Tsunami 2004 dan berkembang hingga sekarang.
Pramuka Peduli konsen terhadap kelestarian alam, lingkungan, untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Seperti saat pandemi covid-19 Pramuka Peduli terus bergerak mengulurkan tangan-tangan kepedulian dari membagi masker, penyemprotan disinvektan, hingga vaksinasi.
Emastoni menandaskan, peran Pramuka Peduli di tiap kwaran agar dimantapkan, sebab bencana alam bukan hanya terjadi di tengah kota saja tetapi juga di desa-desa dan yang paling mengetahui adalah yang berada di desa, di lingkungannya masing-masing.
Andalan Daerah urusan Abdimas Kwarda Jateng Eko Agustin Pramukawati menjelaskan, kepedulian seseorang itu jangan hanya saat terjadi bencana, tetapi pencegahan lebih diutamakan. Jangan sampai begitu terjadi bencana, baru kroyokan berebut membantu seakan-akan dirinya paling berjasa.
“Bentuk kepedulian harus diawali dari bagaimana kita memperlakukan lingkungan dengan bijak, seperti kita harus tanam pohon, jangan buang sampah sembarangan ataupun donor darah dan berbagi makanan,” ujarnya.
Ketua Panitia Penyelenggara Wasdiun menjelaskan, pelatihan Pramuka Peduli digelar selama tiga hari (14-17/11). Kegiatan diikuti 40 peserta utusan dari 17 Kwarran se Kabupaten Brebes dan Andalan dan Dewan Kerja Cabang.
Mereka mendapatkan materi antara lain Fundamental Pramuka, Organisasi dan sejarah Pramuli, Penanggulangan Bencana, Wawasan penanggulangan bencana, Kemanusiaan dan Lingkungan Hidup, Humanitarian dan Kerelawanan, Duta Perubahan Perilaku, Aman Bencana berbasis Gudep, Dapur Umum dan lain-lain.
Pelatihan yang dipandegani Pimpinan Kursus Destian Ady Nugroho menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Usai pelatihan, peserta akan dikukuhkan sebagai Satgas Pramuka Peduli Kwarcab Brebes.(*)
