Gladian Pemimpin Regu (Dianpiru) merupakan sarana bagi pembina Pramuka dan pembantu pembina Pramuka untuk menerapkan sistem among yaitu memberi kepercayaan dan tanggung jawab kepada para pemimpin regu dan wakil pemimpin regu untuk bersama-sama belajar mengelola dan memimpin regunya.
Bupati Sukoharjo Etik Suryani selaku Ka.Mabicab (ketua majelis pembimbing cabang) Kwarcab Sukoharjo membuka acara Dianpiru dengan ditandai penyematan tanda peserta kepada perwakilan peserta putri dan perwakilan peserta putra..
Dalam kata sambutannya Ka.Mabicab menyampaikan kepada para pelatih dan nara sumber agar tidak pelit ilmu, berikan segala kemampuan, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kepada adaik-adik sebagai bekal esuk hari untuk menemukan jati dirinya dalam mempersiapkan diri yang akan menggantikan kita dimasa yang akan datang.
“ Pramuka harus mampu berperan sebagai agen perubahan perilaku dalam menangani pandemi covid-19, melalui inovasi, ide-ide kreatif, serta sistem kegiatan yang dapat membuat kegiatan kepramukaan tetap eksis,”ujar bupati.
Sementara itu Sriyono sebagai ketua panitia kegiatan Dianpiru mengatakan bahwa Dianpiru merupakan kegiatan perdana Kwarcab Sukoharjo secara luring selama pandemi covid-19 ini dan kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada Selasa-Sabtu (16-20/11/2021) yang bertempat di MTsN 2 Sukoharjo dengan jumlah peserta 120 orang yang terdiri perwakilan dari pemimpin regu dan wakil pemimpin regu Gugus Depan (Gudep) SMP/MTs sekabupaten Sukoharjo, dengan materi yang disajikan sebanyak 20 macam.
Adapun tema yang diusung dalam kegiatan Dianpiru ini adalah “ Kini Penggalang Berkarakter Untuk Pemimpin Bermartabat”, dan motto “ Satyaku Kudarmakan Darmaku Kubaktikan”.
Lebih lanjut Sriyono menyampaikan yang menjadi tujuan dari digelarnya Dianpiru adalah agar pemimpin regu dengan dibantu oleh wakil pemimpin regu mampu mengelola dan memimpin regunya merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengadakan penilaian atas program kerja serta acara latihan dan kegiatan regunya meningkat bermutu, kecakapan, ketrampilan, dan kemampuan dirinya sendiri dan anggota regunya.
Sebagai catatan pada tahun 2022 mendatang Kwarcab Sukoharjo akan menggelar “ Lomba Tingkat ” sebagai ajang Pramuka Penggalang untuk beradu ketrampilan, fisik, mental. Sehingga dengan kegiatan Dianpiru ini agar dbisa dimanfaatkan dengan baik sebagai media belajar, menempa diri, dan membina diri. (Prie)
