Bicara tentang produk barang pastinya aspek kwalitas atau mutu barang harus diperhatikan.Sebab melalui produk yang berkwalitas itu secara tidak langsung sudah terdapat unsur promosi terhadap produk barang tersebut. Orang yang akan memakai produk berkwalitas otomatis akan berkata kepada orang lain tentang produk barang tersebut. Hal itulah yang dilakukan oleh Pamuji (46) warga RT 01/RW 04 Kayen Desa Mayahan Kecamatan Tawangharjo Kabupaten Grobogan . Dia bersama istri tercinta Siti Hamidah (44) telah hampir 30 tahun menggeluti dunia persepatuan, dan hingga kini dengan bekal kesabaran dan keuletan, produk sepatunya itu sudah tersebar kemana mana hampir seantero nusantara.
“Produk sepatu kami semuanya dari kulit tidak ada bahan yang imitasi, kami hanya menjual kwalitas, dengan demikian kwalitas akan berbicara sendiri, itulah cara promosi kami” ungkap Pamuji.
Didampingi istrinya, Pamuji menceritakan usahanya itu kepada Inspirasiline.com yang menyambangi rumahnya di Kayen Mayahan Kecamatan Tawangharjo.
Sekitar tahun 90 an dia awali dengan usaha jual sepatu produksinya sendiri. Satu persatu produk sepatunya itu dipampang dirumahnya, karena rumahnya persis pinggir jalan maka banyak orang yang tertarik produknya. Lama kelamaan banyak.juga yang memesan kepadanya baik sepatu laki maupun sepatu perempuan, tentu saja pemesanan disertai DP (down payment) atau Duwit Panjer lebih dulu. Lama pemesanan satu buah sepatu sekitar 3 – 6 bulan, namun sekarang lama pemesanan hanya 1 bulan.
Seiring berjalannya waktu, usahanya berkembang pesat, sehingga Pamuji merasa kwalahan menerima order sepatu dengan berbagai model.
Produk selain sepatu, juga ada produk sabuk dan tas. Semua bahan asli dari kulit “Saya jamin pak, produk kami semuanya dari kulit” ungkapnya.
Terkait jumlah produk sepatu Pamuji mengaku target perhari harus memproduksi 1 -3 buah pasang sepatu yang dibantu oleh istrinya sendiri .Jadi tidak
punya tenaga kerja harian sendiri, semua barabg oesanan dia kerjakan sendiri dengan isterinya.
Ketika ditanya soal harga, Pamuji.mematok harga tergantung pesanannya yakni besar kecil.ukuran sepatu dan modelnya. Untuk sepatu cewek minimal Rp 250 ribu hingga Rp 400 ribu, sedang sepatu cowok minimal Rp 375 ribu hingga Rp.500 ribu.
Kini Pamuji dan istrinya yang dikaruniai 2 anak yakni satu cowok dan satu cewek ini mengaku sampai tua nanti tetap akan menekuni pekerjaan ini.
