Sejak resmi beroperasi kembali, 26 Juni 2020 lalu, Pantai Cahaya menjadi salah satu tempat wisata favorit di Kabupaten Kendal. Apalagi, selama pandemi, destinasi wisata ini berkomitmen untuk mengedepankan protokol kesehatan.
MANAJER Operasional PT WSI Iqbal meyampaikan hal itu saat melihat antusiasme masyarakat, baik dari dalam maupun luar kota, mengunjungi Pantai Cahaya.
Sesuai arahan dan kebijakan pemerintah, PT WSI tetap berkomitmen untuk membuat Pantai Cahaya menjadi tempat wisata yang mengedepankan penerapan protokol kesehatan.
“Saat ini SOP yang kami terapkan bagi karyawan dan bagi pengunjung sudah berjalan dengan baik dan terus kami upayakan peningkatan dalam penerapannya sesuai protokol kesehatan,” kata Iqbal kepada media, Minggu (30/8/2020).
Menurut Iqbal, hal itu untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam pengendalian pandemi Covid-19 serta pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
“Saya menyampaikan program baru di Pantai Cahaya. Selama Agustus, kami mengambil tema ‘Merdeka Wisata’, maka pada bulan September kali ini kami mengambil tema ‘September Ceria’ di Pantai Cahaya. Pengunjung Pantai Cahaya hanya membayar 20.000 untuk tiket masuk. Tiket tersebut sudah termasuk pantai, mini zoo, serta pentas aneka satwa,” jelas Iqbal.
Bagi pengunjung yang ingin menonton pertunjukan lumba-lumba, bisa membeli tiketnya dengan harga 25.000. Jadwal pertunjukan lumba-lumba Senin-Jumat, pukul 11.00 dan 14.00, sedangkan Sabtu, Minggu, dan Hari Libur Nasional, pukul 09.00, 11.00, 13.00, dan 15.00.
“Khusus bagi para remaja dan pemuda yang ingin menikmati sunset di Pantai Cahaya, hanya membayar tiket 10.000 setelah pukul 16.00,” ungkapnya.
