Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Komisi IV Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) bersama Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan) melakukan kunjungan kerja spesifik di Kabupaten Sragen meninjau langsung kawasan pertanian di Bumi Sukowati.
Kunker yang dipimpin Wakil Ketua Komisi IV DPR RI, Dedi Mulyadi itu dipusatkan di Desa Jambanan, Kecamatan Sidoharjo, Sabtu (5/2/2022). Dihadiri juga oleh Direktur Jenderal Tanaman Pangan, Suwandi, Bupati Sragen, Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati, Wakil Bupati, H. Suroto, Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah Supriyanto , Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) yang juga Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (Distan KP) Sragen, Tatag Prabawanto dan Gabungan Kelompok Tani ( Gapoktan) Desa Jambanan.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Kabupaten Sragen, merupakan salah satu lumbung pangan Jawa Tengah dan Nasional. Hasil produksi urutan ketiga se-Jawa Tengah dan urutan kesembilan se-Indonesia.
Wakil Ketua Komisi IV DPR RI, Dedi Mulyadi, mengatakan pertemuan bersama anggota Komisi IV DPR RI sengaja melakukan kunjungan ke Sragen untuk mencari solusi bersama Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen dan Gapoktan atas masalah hama tikus yang terus menyerang persawahan.
Mengingat sudah ada 23 petani yang meninggal dunia akibat terkena setrum jebakan tikus beraliran listrik sejak tahun 2019-2022.
Dedi Mulyadi meminta Kementan supaya lebih komprehensif melakukan pendampingan bagi petani di Kabupaten Sragen.
“Seluruh jajaran Kementan harus cepat turun, kemudian dicari solusinya, jangan menunggu ada korban lagi akibat jebakan setrum,” Ungkap Dedi Mulyadi meminta.
Menurutnya, upaya untuk menangani jebakan tikus beraliran listrik perlu dilakukan sosialisasi akan bahaya dan ancaman pidana penggunaanya.
“Penerapan jebakan tikus beraliran listrik perlu pelibatan tidak mutlak pemerintah daerah, TNI, Polri dan perlu adanya gabungan untuk pencabutan jebakan tikus dan kami mendorong pemerintah untuk menerbitan surat edaran pengendalian tikus dan pelarangan penggunaanya,” Ungkap Dedi Mulyadi meyakinkan.
Dikutif di Sragenkab.go.id Senin (7/2/2022) Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati menyampaikan jika Pemkab Sragen dibantu Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Tengah aktif melakukan pengendalian hama tikus pada tahun 2021 melalui program dan kegiatan serta bantuan yang diberikan kepada petani.
“Tahun ini kami akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk pengendalian hama tikus ini,” Ungkap Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati melaporkan.
Dikatakan, Beberapa kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan, diantaranya gerakan pengendalian (gerdal) 50 kali dalam setahun, pemberian bantuan emposan 256 unit yang dibagikan kepada gapoktan/poktan di 20 kecamatan, pemberian pengendalian hama tikus, pemberian bantuan emposan 256 unit kepada gapoktan/poktan di 20 kecamatan , pemberian sarana pengendalian hama tikus, bantuan rumah burung hantu 44 unit.
“Kami juga akan melakukan sosialisasi pengendalian hama tikus dan sosialisasi penggunaan jebakan tikus beraliran listrik melalui pertemuan poktan/gapoktan, siaran radio dan media cetak. Dengan upaya ini diharapkan panen tanam dapat maksimal juga,” Ungkap Yuni sapaan akrab Bupati Sragen menjelaskan.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Kementan juga memberikan rekomendasi lain pengendalian tikus kepada petani, yakni pemasangan Trap Barier System (TBS) di persemaian yang dikombinasikan dengan perangkap tikus, pengemposan lubang aktif dengan menggunakan alat pengemposan dan belerang, pemasangan Linier Trap Barier System (LTBS) yang dikombinasikan dengan perangkap tikus, pengumpanan dilakukan pada umur padi persemaian sampai dengan umur padi 35 hari pada saat lahir tanaman, lahirkan lubang tikus melahirkan yang ada di pematang.
Direktur Jenderal Tanaman Pangan, Suwandi, menyebutkan tikus sawah sebagai hama utama tanaman padi, dengan dominasi di ekosistem sawah sehingga perlu berlanjut untuk pengendalian hama tikus yang dilakukan secara alami, mekanis, bahkan pengendalian secara kimia. Kementan sendiri merekomendasikan cara pengendalian tikus melalui gropyokan dilakukan terus menerus dimulai pengolahan pertama sampai sebelum tanam.
“Tikus dapat makan semua jenis tanaman, namun yang paling disukai sebagai makanannya adalah padi, jagung, kacang hijau, kacang tanah, ubi kayu, ubi jalar dan suka di tempat yang kotor, sehingga kunci pencegahan adalah sanitasi lingkungan, harus rajin bersih dan tanam serentak,” Ungkab Suwandi menjelaskan
Sebelumnya, rombongan legislator bersama Plt Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (Distan KP) Sragen, Tatag Prabawanto mengecek langsung contoh jebakan listrik yang masih terpasang di areal persawahan yang ada disekitar Balai Desa tersebut.
“Ini contoh kabelnya bisa dilihat langsung. Di seputaran ini sudah ada rumah burung hantunya, tapi harapannya pengadaan burung hantunya bisa dibantu dari pemerintah pusat,” Ungkap Tatag Prabawanto ( Sugimin/17)
