Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Kegiatan pencegahan penularan Penyakit Mulut Dan Kuku, (PMK) terus dilakukan oleh petugas gabungan di kabupaten Blora Jawa Tengah. Terkini, Sabtu, (21/05/2022) petugas gabungan yang terdiri dari anggota Polsek Jati Polres Blora bersama Koramil, Satpol PP dan Dinas Peternakan Dan Perikanan Kabupaten Blora melakukan razia atau pemeriksaan terhadap hewan yang akan diperjualbelikan di wilayah Blora bagian selatan.
Untuk diketahui setiap hari pasaran jawa (Paing), di wilayah Blora selatan tepatnya di kecamatan Randublatung di gelar pasar hewan ternak seperti kambing dan sapi yang ramai dikunjungi warga. Untuk antisipasi itulah petugas gabungan melakukan pemeriksaan.
Adapun pemeriksaan dilakukan petugas di depan kantor Pertanian di wilayah Randulawang Kecamatan Jati. Nampak petugas gabungan menghentikan kendaraan yang muat hewan ternak, kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan hewan serta melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan.
Kapolres Blora AKBP Aan Hardiansyah,SH,MH melalui Kapolsek Jati Iptu Subardi membeberkan bahwa kegiatan pemeriksaan dan pengawasan ini akan terus dilakukan secara berkala. Terutama pada saat pasaran hewan dimana ramai dikunjungi warga.
“Pemeriksaan dan pengawasan akan terus kita lakukan secara berkala. Dan kali ini kita lakukan razia hewan ternak yang akan diperjualbelikan. Harapannya dapat memastikan kesehatan hewan. Karena jika ditemukan hewan yang sakit dengan ciri ciri penyakit PMK bisa langsung kita tindaklanjuti secara cepat,” kata Kapolsek Jati Iptu Subardi.
Setidaknya hari ini petugas gabungan telah memeriksa hewan ternak sebanyak 131 ekor dengan rincian 91 ekor sapi dan 40 ekor kambing. Dari hasil pemeriksaan tidak ditemukan hewan yang sakit.
“Alhamdulilah tidak ditemukan hewan yang sakit, namun demikian masyarakat tetap kita imbau harus selalu waspada PMK dengan menjaga kebersihan hewan dan kandang,” tandasnya. (Yokanan)
