Program penyuluhan tersebut mengambil tema “melalui penyuluhan hukum, kita tingkatkan kesadaran hukum Prajurit, guna meminimalisir tingkat pelanggaran disatuan TNI AD”.
Dandim 0725/Sragen Letkol (Inf) Anggoro Heri Pratikno diwakili Kepala Staf Kodim 0725/Sragen Mayor (Inf) Wijiono dalam sambutannya mengatakan, Penyuluhan hukum dari Kumdam adalah program rutin dari komando atas.
“Untuk seluruh prajurit, PNS dan Persit kodim 0725/ Sragen, mari kita simak dan dengarkan apa yang akan disampaikan oleh penyaji materi hukum dari Kumdam, dan agar dilaksanakan pada kehidupan sehari-hari” Ungkap Kasdim Mayor (Inf) Wijiono berpesan
Kapten (Chk) Yudi Sakuntoro, SH dalam paparannya mengatakan, tujuan penyuluhan rutin tentang hukum adalah mengingatkan kembali tentang hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia terutama dilingkungan TNI AD, guna meminimalisir tingkat pelanggaran di satuan. Banyak yang sudah tahu hukum dan mengetahui hukum namun banyak yang tidak sadar hukum.
“Masih adanya kasus pidana yang dilakukan di lingkungan TNI menjadi dasar dilaksanakannya penyuluhan hukum di satuan. Tindak pidana di antaranya kejahatan Asusila (pornografi, perzinahan, pencabulan), Penganiayaan (Pemukulan, pengeroyokan, pembunuhan), Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) terhadap suami/isteri/anak, kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis, kekerasan seksual dan penelantaran, Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas (faktor laka lalin ada 3 yaitu Personel, Kendaraan dan Kondisi jalan/cuaca). Guna pencegahan pelanggaran lalin prajuritnya maka Kodim harus melaksanakan pemeriksaan kendaraan maupun kelengkapannya secara fisik dilakukan secara rutin 3 bulan sekali”.Ungkap Kapten (Chk) Yudi Sakuntoro menjelaskan
Pelanggaran selanjutnya Kata Kapten (Chk) Yudi Sakuntoro adalah narkoba. Bagi Prajurit jangan pernah mencoba menggunakan narkoba, karena ancamannya adalah pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat. Pelanggaran Undang undang ITE saat ini juga mendominasi, hati-hati dalam menggunakan media sosial, hindari share berita hoax, ujaran kebencian, SARA, judi online, konten pornografi dan lain lain.
Mengakhiri ceramahnya Perwira Urusan Hukum Kodam IV/Diponegoo tersebut berpesan, agar berhati-hati dalam bertindak, berhati hati dalam berlalu lintas, hati-hati menggunakan medsos. Apabila ada permasalahan segera melaporkan kepada atasan secara berjenjang guna mendapatkan solusi dan cara bertindak yang benar dan tidak melawan hukum.
