Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Surat Pemberitahuan Pajak Terhutang (SPPT) Tahun 2023 Kabupaten Sragen mulai didistribusikan. Penyampaian SPPT dimulai hari Kamis (12/1/2023), di Kecamatan Gesi dan Sumberlawang. Direncanakan Tanggal, 26 Januari 2023 SPPT sudah terdistribusi diseluruh Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Sragen.
Setelah diterima Camat, selanjutnya SPPT akan disampaikan ke seluruh Desa sesuai Wilayahnya. Seperti Kamis (12/1/2023) SPPT diserahkan dari Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kabupaten Sragen kepada Camat Gesi. Selanjutnya dari Camat diserahkan ke seluruh Desa se-Kecamatan Gesi.
Camat Gesi Supriyadi berharap, Kecamatan Gesi Tahun ini (2023-red) tetap menjadi Kecamatan yang lunas tercepat.
Pada kesempatan tersebut seluruh Kepala Desa (Kades) se-Kecamatan Gesi juga berkomitmen untuk lunas PBB di awal Tahun. Beberapa Tahun ini Kecamatan Gesi selalui meraih Peringkat Pertama lunas PBB paling awal.
Sesuai Peraturan Bupati Nomor 8 Tahun 2017, SPPT PBB-P2 harus sudah sampai ke Wajib Pajak paling lambat satu (1) bulan sejak tanggal penerimaan oleh Desa. Untuk itu setelah SPPT diserahkan ke Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes), segera disampaikan ke wajib pajak.
Pada kesempatan mengajukan SPPT Kamis (12/1/2023) Camat Gesi dan seluruh Kades menandatangani Surat Komitmen untuk lunas PBB sebelum Tanggal 31 Maret 2023. Penandatanganan surat kesaksian oleh Kepala BPKPD yang diwakili Kabid Penagihan dan Pelaporan Pendapatan Daerah dan seluruh Bayan se-Kecamatan Gesi.
SPPT yang didistribusikan ke seluruh Kecamatan totalnya 513.135 lembar. Dengan jumlah nominal potensi sebanyak Rp. 40.516.409.859. Lebih banyak daripada Tahuh 2022 lalu. Karena ada penyesuaian NJOP 2 sampai 3 kelas.
Meski ada penyesuaian NJOP PBB, sebanyak 2 Desa di Kecamatan Gesi sudah lunas yakni : Desa Slendro dan Desa Gesi. Desa Slendro menempati urutan Pertama Desa yang lunas di Tahun 2023 ini. Tahun 2022 lalu, PBB mencapai Rp. 31.117.020.283 dari Target Pendapatan sebesar Rp. 28.000.000.000 atau sekitar 111,13%. (Sugimin/17-Release BPKPD Sragen)
