Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Jalur kereta api pengangkut kayu zaman Belanda atau loco tour bakal diaktifkan. Pemkab Blora kini tengah menyusun masterplan jalurnya. Meliputi jalur Cepu – Sambong – Gubug Payung kawasan Perhutani Cepu. Penyusunan itu diperkirakan selesai pertengahan tahun ini.
Kepala Bidang Penelitian dan Pengembangan Badan Perencanaan, Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Blora Teguh Wiyono memaparkan, rencana aktivasi jalur kereta loco tour masih pada tahap penyiapan. Tahun lalu selesai dilakukan uji kelayakan dengan tim konsultan.
“Hasilnya memang layak untuk diaktifkan kembali,” ujarnya kemarin (24/1).
Tahun ini, lanjutnya diteruskan dengan menyusun masterplan loco tour. Diantaranya mulai jalur KPH Cepu, Sambong, hingga Gubug payung. Jalur-jalur tersebut masih tersisa namun ada beberapa titik yang sudah rusak.
“Jalur-jalur kereta api pengangkut kayu zaman dahulu masih ada, beberapa titik sudah direncanakan,” terangnya.
Menurut Teguh, untuk bisa diaktifkan dan menjadi destinasi wisata butuh waktu lama. Sebab, secara bertahap anggaran mulai dikucurkan. Tentu, butuh kolaborasi dengan pemilik aset yakni KPH Cepu.
“Kerjasama karena lahannyan milik Perhutani KPH Cepu,” tuturnya.
Kepala Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Dinporabudpar) Blora Kunto Aji menjelaskan, reaktifasi jalur kereta loco zaman belanda dapat menarik wisatawan mancanegara. Sebab syarat dengan nilai sejarah. Termasuk kereta api uap yang berusia ratusan tahun.
“Kalau bisa diaktifkan itu akan berdampak pada pariwisata Blora, menjadi kawasan wisata herritage,” terangnya.
Kunto menjelaskan, untuk menyukseskan rencana tersebut butuh kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Seperti KPH Cepu dan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). Sebab butuh cukup banyak anggaran dan persiapan matang.
“Misalkan pemberian hibah bantalan kereta yang telah rusak, karena memang butuh dana cukup besar untuk merealisasikan itu,” katanya.
Pengamat Sejarah dan Kebudyaan Cepu Temmy Setiawan mengharapkan pembangunan-pembanhunan di Cepu harus berlandaskan sejarah. Sebab Cepu sejak zaman Belanda sudah menjadi magnet. Seperti kekayaan migas hingga stasiun kereta api yang dikelola Belanda.
“Jangan sampai dilupakan historical-nya, kalau perlu mengambil semangat dari semangat pembangunannya,” tuturnya. (Tim Liputan : Yokanan)
