Bukanlah Dedy Yon, kalau dalam setiap momen tidak membikin geger warganya, misalnya saja, ketika masa pandemi covid 19, walikota Tegal.Dedy Yon Supriyono namanya sempat viral mendapat julukan Mr.Lock Down, karena kebijakannya menutup semua akses jalan di kota Tegal untuk pencegahan menularnya covid 19, ada lagi kebijakan yang selalu membikin pro dan kontra yang namun pada akhirnya kebijakan itu ternyata membikin enjoy warganya, misalnya saja seperti pelebaran jalan Ahmad Yani, jalan Pancasila dan sebagainya.

Tidak kalah hebohnya dalam memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia Ke-78 Tahun 2023, Pemkot Tegal mengeluarkan surat edaran yang isinya semua staf PNS atau ASN dan pegawai lainnya di Kota Tegal termasuk lingkungan pendidikan, pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2023, wajib mengenakan seragam Putih Abu-abu. Karuan saja perintah itu menjadi pro kontra, malah ada yang membikin surat berantai melalui media sosial yang isinya kalimat nyinyir soal intruksi tersebut.

Sebab mau atau tidak, Suka atau tidak intruksi itu harus dijalankan, yaitu harus memakai seragam sekolah anak SMA komplit dengan atributnya. Kalau dibilang klabakan jelas klabakan, sebab harus meminjam atau membeli seragam baru yang nilainya ratusan ribu.

” Susah memang, tetapi bagaimana lagi itu perintah walikota.” ungkap salah seorang pegawai Pemkot yang tidak mau disebut namanya. Tetapi anehnya meskipun pada awalnya kebijakan itu disambut dengan penuh ganjalan, namun akhirnya ketika mereka semua. sudah menggunakan seragam SMA ternyata mereka senang mereka penuh tawa dan canda ketika satu sama lain melihat rekannya mengenakan seragam anak sekolah SMA.

Kata mereka, rasa rasanya kembali pada masa menjadi anak sekolah. Dan hal itu membuktikan bahwa gagasan ide Dedy Yon yang ” nyleneh ” tapi tapi mendapat respon positif buktinya mereka pada senang memakai baju seragam putih abu-abu, malah mereka tak henti hentinya untuk berselfi mengabadikan momen tersebut. Bahkan mereka pada berebut foto bareng dengan walikota maupun sekda.

Benar benar ” Tegal Amazing ” luar biasa jalan Pancasila menjadi lautan ” Putih Abu-abu ” yang menjadi Thema Konser musik yang di gelar usai upacara Detik-detik Proklamasi hingga usai saat Obade di Jalan Pancasila.

Para pegawai Pemkot yang pada saat upacara menggunakan pakaian PSL dengan jas berdasi maupun Korpri, setelah upacara mereka ganti baju yaitu dengan menggunakan seragam SMA untuk menyaksikan konser musik dang ndut yang di gelar di Jl.Pancasila Kita Tegal.

Konser dang ndut menampilkan sejumlah penyanyi dari luar kota yang sering muncul di layar kaca dan dari panggung ke panggung seperti Anisa Bahar, Nisa Pantura, Jihan Audi, Rahma Anggara dan Tasya Rosmala. Para penyanyi dan grup musik pengiring pun semua mengenakan pakaian seragam Sekolah. Dan mereka pun terlihat enjoy tak ada beban memakai kostum tersebut. Ribuan penonton yang didominasi berseragam pelajar SMA.

Seperti sudah pada protap, upacara 17 Agustus diawali dengan pengibaran Bendera Merah Putih oleh pasukan Paskibra, Detik-detik Proklamasi yang ditandai dengan bunyi sirine dan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Teks Proklamasi okeh Walikota Tegal Dedy Yon Supriyono selaku inspektur upacara, pembacaan Undang-undang Dasar 1945 oleh Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Tegal dan Do`a oleh Kepala Kemenag Kota Tegal.

Dalam kesempatan itu Walikota membacakan sambutan tertulis Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo. Ganjar menyampaikan terimakasih kepada warga Jateng yang selama ini telah bekerja keras membangun Propinsi Jawa Tengah terutama kaum petani sehingga Jateng bisa menjadi lumbung pangan. Gubernur Jateng dan Wakilnya pada sambutan ia juga sekaligus pamit seiring dengan habisnya masa jabatan gubernur Jawa tengah. ” Semua warga Jawa Tengah memaafkan. Segala kesalahan dan kekurangannya, selama ia menjabat gubernur di Jawa tengah.

Selesai upacara walikota Tegal didampingi Kepala Lapas Kelas II B Tegal Yugo Indra Wicaks. (Biet)
