Rembang-Inspirasipine.com. Upaya meminimalisir peredaran rokok ilegal terus dilakukan di Kabupaten Rembang. Senin (20/11), petugas gabungan dari Kantor Bea Cukai Kudus, Satpol PP dan dari instansi terkait lainnya melakukan razia.
Lokasi yang disasar mulai wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Kragan tepatnya Desa Pandangan Wetan dan Plawangan. Di sana petugas menemukan dan menyita tiga merk rokok tidak bercukai.
Salah satu pemilik toko yang kedapatan menjual rokok ilegal merk HJS berinisial S mengaku tidak mengetahui kalau rokok yang dijualnya termasuk ilegal. Pasalnya sales yang memasok barang itu menyebut rokok yang dikirimnya resmi.
“Rokoknya juga ada pita cukainya. Kita taunya rokoknya resmi, salesnya juga bilangnya resmi,” ungkap S.
Selanjutnya petugas ke salah satu toko di Desa Balong Mulyo. Di toko ini petugas menyita tujuh merk roko ilegal, meliputi Goa, Cup Milo, Famos, Flas,Matoa, Axa, LS dan Premium.
Kepala Bidang Penegakan Produk Hukum Daerah Satpol PP Rembang, Eko Prasetyo W menuturkan, hari ini tim menyasar wilayah Rembang timur daerah pesisir. Hasil yang didapat dalam razia itu sebanyak 2.650 batang rokok ilegal.
“Hari ini kita mendapati rokok ilegal tanpa cukai, rokok polosan dan pelanggaran- pelanggaran lainnya. Kita temukan sebanyak 2.650 batang, ” ungkapnya.
Eko menambahkan pihaknya rutin melakukan pengumpulan informasi terkait peredaran rokok ilegal. Selanjutnya ditindaklanjuti dengan razia seperti yang dilakukan kali ini.
“Sehingga kami harapkan peredaran rokok ilegal di kabupaten Rembang ini semakin minim atau bahkan tidak ada. Jadi kami akan sering melakukan razia barang kena cukai ilegal atau rokok ilegal ini.”
Sementara itu Angga perwakilan dari Kantor Bea Cukai Kudus menyampaikan ribuan rokok hasil sitaan ini dibawa ke kantor Bea Cukai Kudus. Rokok hasil sitaan tersebut di pilah pelanggarannya kemudian ditindak lanjuti.
“Jadi nanti kita cacah , kita tentukan pelanggarannya apa . Kalau kita lihat pelanggarannya kan ada rokok tanpa dilekati pita cukai atau polos dan ada rokok yang dilekati pita cukai yang salah peruntukkan, kemudian akan kita limpahkan ke bagian penyidikan kantor kita (kantor bea cukai kudus), ” terangnya.
Terkait pemusnahan rokok ilegal, Angga menjelaskan akan dikumpulkan dulu dari berbagai kabupaten di eks-Karesidenan Pati. Jika dirasa cukup , baru akan diusulkan untuk pemusnahan. (yon)
