Rembang-Inpirasiline.com. Ratusan Kondisi usaha koperasi di Kabupaten Rembang sejauh ini tergolong cukup kondusif. Bahkan 50 persen koperasi di Kabupaten Rembang saat ini menyandang predikat sehat. Dimana dari aspek permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan, serta jatidiri koperasi tergolong mumpuni.
Kepala Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM (Dindagkop UKM) Rembang, Mahfudz menyampaikan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2020, pembinaan dan pengawasan koperasi wajib dilaksanakan oleh Dindagkop.
Sejauh ini, Dindagkop UKM Rembang telah melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan ke sejumlah koperasi secara bertahap. Mulai dari pembinaan tata kelola, administrasi, dan keuangan koperasi.
“Hampir setiap hari kita kunjungi dua sampai tiga koperasi yang ada di Rembang untuk kita bina agar tertib administrasinya, untuk melaksanakan fungsi RAT dan anggaran dasar juga kita lihat kemudian neracanya dan keuangannya serta laporan bulanannya. Harapannya koperasi-koperasi ini menjadi koperasi yang sehat,” bebernya.
Disebutkannya, total koperasi di Kabupaten Rembang saat ini berjumlah sekitar 600an. Namun yang aktif hanya 300an koperasi. Sisanya yang sudah tidak aktif telah diusulkan untuk dilakukan penghapusan oleh pemerintah pusat.
“Ada beberapa yang sudah kita usulkan penghapusan. Karena penghapusan ini kewenangannya ada di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM,” ucapnya.
Dirinya mengungkapkan, 300an koperasi yang aktif saat ini telah menyandang sebagai koperasi sehat. Dimana koperasi tersebut telah memenuhi sejumlah indikator atau persyaratan yang diinput melalui aplikasi milik Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.
“Jadi kalau memenuhi standar yang diminta maka bisa diterbitkan sertifikasi koperasi sehat. Selain itu juga ada peran dari pengawas koperasi dilapangan untuk menjalankan fungsi pembinaan dan pengawasan kinerja koperasi,” tandasnya. (yon)
