Blora, Tiga terdakwa dugaan jual beli kios pasar Induk Cepu kembali menjalani sidang di Pengadilan Tindak Pinda Korupsi (Tipikor) Semarang kemarin. Agendanya mendengarkan keterangan saksi. Dalam sidang kemarin terkuak, ada uang ada kunci kios pasar. Hal ini yang membuat para pedagang ketakutan dan akhirnya membayar kompensasi kios tersebut.
Ketiga terdakwa adalah Sarmidi (Mantan Kepala Dindagkop UKM Blora), Warso (Mantan Kabid Dindagkop UKM Blora Warso) dan Mantan Kepala Pasar Cepu Muhammad Sofaat. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri Blora Karyono menyebutkan, sidang mendengarkan keterangan saksi, menghadirkan 10 orang pedagang.
“Revitalisasi pasar Cepu tahun 2019, dibebani setiap kios Rp 75 juta. Untuk yang punya minimal 1 los dikurangi 10% ( Rp 7,5 juta, red),” terangnya.
Dari hasil keterangan para saksi juga disebutkan, dari 10 pedagang yang dibebani biaya kompensasi tidak pernah diundang oleh pihak pasar. “Hanya tanda tangan daftar hadir yang disodorkan kepada pedagang,” tambahnya.
Ada 5 pedagang yang mewakili dan bertemu terdakwa Sofaat di Kantor Pasar Cepu. “Kata pedagang, Sofaat menyampaikan perintah dari Kantor Blora, tidak ada uang tidak ada kunci kios,” jelasnya.
Sebenarnya, pedagang masih keberatan terhadap Rp 75 juta per kios tersebut. Namun Karena takut tidak dapat kios, akhirnya membayar tunai melalui bendahara pasar Hartono.
“Terdakwa Sofaat tidak menjelaskan perihal aturan biaya kompensasi ke pedagang,” tandasnya.
Sementara untuk agenda sidang Minggu depan menghadirkan 8 saksi. Baik dari kantor UPTD Pasar Blora, dan pihak Dindagkop. Ada Juanis, Maskur(mantan kepala dinas), Zaenuri (Mantan Kabid pasar), Purwanto (Pedagang Pasar Cepu), Hartono(Bendahara Pasar Cepu) dan Sagi (Kepala Pasar Induk Cepu).
