Temanggung-Inspirasiline.com. Peranan Institusi Masyarakat Pedesaan (IMP) khususnya Pembantu Pembina Keluarga Berencana Desa (PPKBD) dan Sub PPKBD sangat penting dalam menyukseskan program nasional Bangga Kencana yang digelorakan BKKBN Republik Indonesia.
Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Nonkementerian yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden melalui Menteri Kesehatan. BKKBN mempunyai tugas di bidang pengendalian penduduk dan penyelenggaraan keluarga berencana.
Salah satu penjabaran di desa adalah Pemberdayaan dan peningkatan peran serta organisasi kemasyarakatan di desa dalam pembangunan keluarga melalui ketahanan dan kesejahteraan keluarga
Seperti di Kecamatan Bulu Kabupaten Temanggung, diselenggarakan Kegiatan Peningkatan Kapasitas IMP se Kecamatan Bulu di Desa Wisata Pandemulyo tepatnya di Pendopo Budaya Tuk Mulyo Rabu 7 September 2022.
Sejumlah 120 peserta teridiri dari PPKBD dan Sub PPKBD dari 19 desa se Kecamatan Bulu mengikuti outbound di lokasi wisata kolam renang Tuk Mulyo.
Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut Camat Bulu beserta Forkompinca Bulu, Kepala Desa dan perangkat nya, Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana dan kader PPKBD beserta Sub PPKBD.
Koordinator Penyuluh KB Kecamatan Bulu Muslatifah mengatakan, tujuan kegiatan tersebut adalah untuk meningkatkan kekompakan dan kebersamaan kader Institusi Masyarakat Pedesaan (IMP) dalam membantu pemerintah melaksanakan Program BANGGA KENCANA (Pembangunan Keluarga dan Keluarga Berencana) guna mewujudkan masyarakat sejahterasejahtera dengan dua anak sehat sentosa.
“Program Bangga Kencana merupakan program nasional BKKBN yang harus didukung seluruh masyarakat Indonesia termasuk IMP atau Institusi Masyarakat Pedesaan”, tutur Muslatifah.
Sementara itu Camat Bulu Panca Pastiyanto setelah membuka secara resmi kegiatan tersebut menyampaikan, kebersamaan para kader IMP, PPKBD dan Sub PPKBD, perlu terus digalang agar dalam melaksanakan tugas kader di wilayah nya dapat lebih kompak dan semangat.
“Hari ini kegiatan nya pembinaan dan koordinasi tetapi dilakukan dengan cara outbound di desa wisata Pandemulyo sehingga banyak unsur kegembiraan dalam kebersamaan”, tandasnya.
Berbagai permainan game dipandu oleh sedikit nya 5 orang anggota TNI dari Koramil 12 Bulu. Diantaranya adalah roda karung gembira berisi 5 orang untuk melatih kekompakan mengendalikan putaran karung.
Permainan lainnya estafet Holahop sampai 15 anggota kelompok, bola estafet lewat bawah pantat dan mengusung air dalam ember dengan kaki.
“Semua permainan memiliki dua makna, yaitu kekompakan kebersamaan dan bersifat mendidik melalui suasana kegembiraan bahkan ada lucu bikin tertawa semua peserta”, kata Susanto pemandu game.
Usai melaksanakan flashmob diawal kegiatan, kemudian briefing class baru dilanjutkan outbound di sekitar kolam renang tuk Mulyo.
Sementara itu PKB Bulu Diah Krisnawati koordinator kegiatan outbound mengatakan, selain materi penggerakan IMP dan program Bangga Kencana, materi juga disampaikan tentang pencegahan stunting.
“Tujuannya adalah mewujudkan masyarakat Indonesia bebas stunting dimulai dari kawasan pedesaan”, tandas Diah.
Lebih lanjut Muslatifah menjelaskan, selain penggerakan lini lapangan, pembelajaran dinamika kelompok dan program Bangga Kencana, kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk refresing kader agar perannya lebih meningkat.
” Selain itu tentu juga sangat ditekankan upaya bersama untuk menurunkan angka stunting di wilayah Bulu khususnya guna mendukung Indonesia bebas Stunting”, pungkas Muslatifah. (Budhy HP)
