Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Rusak parahnya jalan antar kabupaten antar Provinsi yang merupakan jalan tembus terdekat Blora (Jateng) menuju Ngawi (Jatim), direspon langsung oleh Bupati Blora, H. Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Si.
Dengan mengajak DPUPR, Camat, dan Forkompimcam, Jum’at (10/2/2023) sore, Bupati yang akrab disapa Mas Arief itu melakukan perbaikan sementara dengan pengurukan grosok di beberapa ruas jalan yang benar-benar remuk.
Perbaikan sementara itu dilakukan sambil menunggu pembangunan jangka panjang yang sedang diajukan ke Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian PUPR. Setidaknya ada 5 truk grosok yang datang untuk melakukan pengurukan di sejumlah titik kerusakan terparah.
Tak segan, Bupati Arief ikut angkat mencangkul, gotong royong bersama masyarakat sekitar meratakan material urugan batu grosok.
“Sore ini bersama Pak Camat, Danramil, Kapolsek, Dinas PUPR, ada Mas Yuyus juga anggota dewan, dan warga gotong royong meratakan material grosok di jalan Randublatung – Getas (Kradenan), tepatnya di Desa Bodeh. Desa di tengah hutan jati, akses terdekat menuju Ngawi, Jawa Timur. Perbaikan sementara ini dulu, agar bisa dilewati dengan aman dahulu,” ucap Bupati Arief.
Ditandaskan, Pemkab Blora sedang mengupayakan penanganan jangka panjangnya jalan tembus Blora – Ngawi itu dengan mengajukan permohonan bantuan pembangunan ke Pemerintah Pusat melalui Inpres. Agar dapat dukungan anggaran dari Kementerian PUPR. ‘’ Jalan ini merupakan akses terdekat Blora menuju exit tol Ngawi, sehingga kami akan berupaya keras supaya pembangunannya berhasil ,” lanjut Bupati.
Mengapa Pemkab minta dukungan ke Pusat? Menurut Bupati Arief Rohman, di tengah hutan ini ada KHDTK UGM seluas 11 ribu Hektare, ada kampus lapangan Fakultas Kehutanan UGM Yogyakarta yang merupakan almamater nya Pak Presiden. Setiap tahun mahasiswa UGM datang ke lokasi itu. Sekaligus desa desa sentra penghasil jagung.
‘’Karena jalannya rusak, apalagi di musim penghujan seperti ni, banyak truk pengangkut hasil panen terperosok. Sedangkan kemampuan anggaran Kabupaten terbatas,” tambahnya. Dikemukakan, tahun 2022 Pemkab telah membangun pembangunan jalan sekitar 1,5 Km dari Pasar Randublatung ke Selatan.
Selama ini, lanjutnya, banyak pengguna tol ketika keluar dari Ngawi menuju Blora diarahkan Google Maps lewat Getas – Randublatung, karena memang jarak terdekat. Namun kondisi nya rusak.
Anggaran Pusat
Rusaknya jalan tersebut, Bupati Blora berharap semoga kelanjutan pembangunannya dapat dukungan anggaran dari Pusat. ‘’ Mohon dukungannya Pak Presiden Jokowi , Pak Mensesneg Pratikno, Pak Menteri PUPR Basuki, Pak Gubernur Ganjar Pranowo, yang semuanya alumni UGM. Mohon dukungannya juga Bu Rektor Ova Emilia dan Mas Bupati Ngawi Ony Anwar Harsono. Jika jalan ini bisa kita wujudkan bersama, betapa senangnya ribuan masyarakat desa hutan di dalam sana yang selama ini jadi kantong kemiskinan. Semangat Sesarengan mBangun Blora Berkelanjutan.’’
Beberapa waktu lalu pihaknya juga berusaha berkunjung ke Kementerian Bappenas, Kementerian PUPR, dan Kementerian Keuangan, agar ada kebijakan khusus untuk dukungan anggaran bagi pembangunan daerah.
Sementara itu, Camat Randublatung, Sutarso, S.Sos., M.Si., menyampaikan, jarak dari Randublatung menuju batas Ngawi sepanjang 18 Kilometer. Kerusakan parah sekitar 13 Kilometer dari Randublatung hingga Getas Kradenan, dan Getas hingga batas Ngawi sekitar 3 kilometer. Selebihnya masih baik.
“Yang parah memang jalan di tengah hutan ini. Banyak anak sekolah setiap pagi harus berjibaku dengan lumpur ketika berangkat sekolah ke Randublatung maupun Ngawi. Kami sangat berterimakasih kepada Pak Bupati yang berkomitmen kuat mengupayakan pembangunan jalan tembus Blora – Ngawi ini. Ini bisa menjadi pembuka akses pertumbuhan ekonomi di Blora Selatan jika pembangunan berhasil dilakukan,” papar Camat Sutarso.
Zaenab, salah satu warga Desa Bodeh, yang sehari hari berjualan warung kecil kecilan di pertigaan Sumengko, tengah hutan batas Bodeh dan Getas, mengaku senang bisa berjumpa dengan Bupati sekaligus menyampaikan keluh kesahnya.
“Tidak disangka Pak Bupati kesini. Mohon Pak jalannya dibangun biar bisa mulus. Ekonomi masyarakat lancar. Truk truk pengangkut hasil panen jagung dan lainnya biar nggak terperosok lagi. Anak sekolah biar tidak susah kalau mau cari ilmu. Kondisinya rusak parah, tadi di Selatan situ ada truk jagung ambles,” ungkap Zaenal, yang mengaku kaget warungnya di tengah hutan didatangi Bupati.
Hal yang sama juga disampaikan Agustian, salah satu perawat Puskesmas Menden yang rumahnya di Getas. Setiap hari ia menempuh jalan rusak sepanjang lebih dari 15 kilometer untuk bekerja.
“Paling susah kalau musim hujan seperti ini Pak. Jalannya parah, banyak lumpur, membahayakan. Alhamdulillah Pak Bupati langsung merespon keluhan kami di medsos dan hari ini datang bersama truk-truk grosok. Semoga Pak Menteri PUPR bisa membantu Pak Bupati untuk mewujudkan jalan kami. Ini akses terdekat penghubung Blora ke Ngawi tanpa harus berputar ke Cepu,” kata Agustian. (Tim Liputan Prokompim Blora – Yokanan)
