SEBANYAK 1.779 warga terdampak Covid-19 di Kecamatan Plupuh, Rabu (26/8) menerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD) lanjutan tahap IV. Penyerahan secara serempak di Lantai Dasar Kantor Kecamatan Plupuh ini dikuasakan kepada 270 orang.
“BLT Dana Desa tahap IV ini hanya Rp 300 ribu per orang. Untuk tahap I-III Rp 600 ribu per orang. Kenapa nominalnya dikurangi? Karena DD-nya juga berkurang,” ujar staf Ekbang Kantor Kecamatan Plupuh Supoyo kepada inspirasiline.com di ruang kerjanya, Rabu (26/8) pagi.
Dia menjelaskan, kriteria penerima BLT DD sangat kompleks, antara lain Non-Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), Terdampak Covid-19, dan Warga Kurang Mampu.
Ditanya apakah tidak ada konflik di tengah masyarakat seputar pemberian BLT, mantan Sekretaris Desa Somomorodukuh itu menjawab dengan tegas, “Tidak. BLT DD ini diberikan atas dasar musyawarah warga di tingkat RT. Jadi semua warga sudah setuju kalau yang menerima BLT adalah si polan, si noyo, dan sebagainya. Jadi jauh dari konflik. Beda dengan Bantuan Sosial Tunai ( BST). BST ini datanya dari atas, waktu yang diberikan kepada desa/kalurahan untuk memverifikasi sangat singkat, sehingga kalau ada konflik di tengah masyarakat itu wajar. Tapi untuk Kecamatan Plupuh, insyaAllah tidak ada,” jelasnya.
“Pemberian BLT kali ini dan seterusnya dipusatkan di Kantor Kecamatan untuk efisiensi waktu dan terbatasnya petugas Bank Jateng. Dulu dibagikan per desa atau 4 desa jadi satu, karena ada kunjungan kerja bupati,” tutur Supoyo.
“Mikir penerima BLT ini mumet. Soalnya tidak boleh dobel dengan DTKS. Jadi harus ektra penelitian. Pak RT saja tidak tahu, siapa warganya yang sudah masuk DTKS. Awal-awal sebelum musyawarah di tingkat RT, bayan sampai tidak bisa tidur. Sekarang enak, tinggal ngawasi dan mengusulkan pergantian jika penerima BLT sebelumnya meninggal dunia atau pindah tempat. Dan itu harus disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup),” ujar Sutardi, bayan Desa Pungsari, Kecamatan Plupuh yang ditemui inspìrasiline.com di Kantin Kantor Kecamatan Plupuh, berapi-api.
Ditanya apakah BLT ini akan berlanjut, Sutardi mengatakan, belum tahu pasti. “Informasi yang saya terima sampai September. Ini sudah tambah 3 bulan. Awalnya hanya hanya 3 bulan; April, Mei, Juni. Ternyata walau nominalnya dikurangi, tapi ditambah 3 bulan lagi, yakni Juli, Agustus, September. Sekali lagi, pastinya saya tidak tahu persis,” tandasnya.
Ketika dikonfirmasi inspirasiline.com, Camat Plupuh Sumarno tidak berada di tempat. Menurut informasi, Sumarno sedang mengikuti acara bimbingan teknik (Bintek) selama dua hari di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.***
