PEMERINTAH Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen akan melakukan tes usap (swab) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) terhadap warga paruh baya yang berumur 50 tahun ke atas di 20 kecamatan yang ada di Bumi Sukowati.
Tes usap tersebut ditarget bisa menyasar 2.500-3.000 orang di luar aktivitas tracing terhadap kontak erat kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Sragen Dedy Endriyatno menyampaikan, target PCR sebagai tindak lanjut hasil pengadaan alat tes cepat molekuler (TCM) di Laboratorium Daerah (Labkesda) Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten (DKK) Sragen.
“Selain dilakukan operasi serentak dalam pemakaian masker, kami berharap ada kegiatan tes swab PCR di 20 kecamatan. Kami menargetkan 2.500-3.000 orang. Sasarannya orang yang sudah berusia 50 tahun ke atas atau warga yang memiliki komorbid per kecamatan. Semua dilakukan, biar warga mengetahui keseriusan pemerintah dalam penanganan Covid-19. Nanti juga ada semacam simulasi dalam evakuasi korban kecelakaan dengan protokol kesehatan,” kata Dedy Endriyatno kepada wartawan seusai Rapat Persiapan Operasi Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan di Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Sragen, Rabu (7/10/2020).
Dikatakan, melalui simulasi itu, maka orang tidak takut menolong orang yang terjatuh gara-gara takut tertular Corona.
Target tes usap di luar tracing dilakukan DKK terhadap kasus baru. Tes swab PCR iuga dilakukan oleh tim DKK yang di Puskesmas. Diharapkan, alat TCM Labkesda DKK yang dibeli segera dioperasikan secepatnya, sembari pengurusan izinnya.
Dedy meminta DKK tidak menunggu terlalu lama, karena tes swab darurat dibutuhkan.
“Jadi kalau undur persyaratan terpenuhi untuk operasi, ya jalan saja, karena darurat sambil izin diurus. Saya yang bertanggung jawab. Seharusnya sudah jalan, karena sudah ada perintah ke Puskesmas untuk ambil sampel swab,” tuturnya.
Dengan dioperasikan TCM Labkesda DKK Sragen, Dedy Endriyatno berharap ada penghematan biaya pengobatan pasien yang menunggu hasil tes swab. Kader PKS ini mendapat informasi dari RSUD Sragen bila biaya kebutuhan obat-obatan per pasien mencapai Rp 7-9 juta per hari.
“Semakin cepat hasil tes swab diketahui, maka akan bisa menghemat pengeluaran untuk obat-obatan kepada pasien,” ujar Dedy Endriyatno.
Kepala Seksi Alat Kesehatan DKK Sragen Siswiyardi mengungkapkan, alat TCM Labkesda DKK sudah siap, tapi masih ada alat pendukung yang belum datang, karena barangnya harus impor. Dia belum bisa memastikan kapan TCM tersebut bisa dioperasikan, karena masih menunggu alat pendukung tersebut.***
