PEMERINTAH Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen menyebut hingga kini masih ada 18.000 Kartu Tani yang belum terdistribusikan.
Sebagai solusinya, untuk musim tanam (MT) pertama saat ini, penebusan boleh dilakukan secara manual, bagi mereka yang belum memiliki Kartu Tani atau sistem penebusan lewat Kartu Tani-nya bermasalah.
Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Sragen Tatag Prabawanto mengatakan, total Kartu Tani yang diplot untuk Sragen sebanyak 117.000 keping.
Dari jumlah itu, sampai saat ini masih ada 18.000 Kartu Tani belum tersalurkan ke petani, karena berbagai kendala. Untuk itu, pihaknya meminta agar petani yang belum memiliki Kartu Tani segera mengurusnya.
“Sebab, nanti mulai 1 Januari 2021, penebusan pupuk bersubsidi secara nasional diwajibkan pakai Kartu Tani,” papar Tatag kepada wartawan di Ruang Rapat Sekda, Selasa (3/11/2020).
Sebagai solusinya, Tatag menjelaskan, penebusan pupuk bagi petani yang belum punya Kartu Tani bisa dilakukan secara manual. Temasuk pemegang Kartu Tani yang belum bisa menebus, karena kendala sistem di mesin EDC yang ada di penyalur.

Namun, penebusan manual dilakukan dengan tetap memenuhi beberapa persyaratan. Di antaranya mereka harus terdata di E-RDKK dengan membuat surat pernyataan bahwa yang bersangkutan terdaftar sebagai anggota kelompok tani dan masuk di E-RDKK. Kemudian diketahui dan disetujui oleh KPL atau penyalur, PPL, dan BRI.
Tatag mengatakan, pihaknya sudah berkoordinasi dengan BRI, Dinas Pertanian Jawa Tengah (Jateng), produsen, serta distributor terkait problem tersebut dan kebijakan penebusan secara manual itu.
“Kami harapkan maksimal akhir November ini, 18.000 Kartu Tani bisa terdistribusi semua. Kami juga terus melakukan sosialisasi kepada Kelompok Tani (Poktan) melalui PPL agar melakukan perbaikan entry data, baik melalui PPL maupun admin masing-masing kecamatan maupun kabupaten,” tuturnya.***
