OlehTAHUN baru 2021. Mestinya semua menjadi serbabaru. Setidaknya dari sisi angka, minimal ada tambahan 1 di belakang 2020. Dari tahun 2020 menjadi tahun 2021. Itu bermakna, usia bertambah. Tapi juga berarti umur berkurang.
Entahlah. Usman malah semakin bingung ketika otaknya mengutak-atik penalarannya sendiri. Baginya, dia belum merasakan ada kebaruan pada dirinya. Nasibnya belum berubah. Masih sama saja dengan sebelum-sebelumnya.
Usman hanya merasakan rutinitas menjelajah jalanan dengan tronton yang dikemudikannya hampir saban hari. Mengangkut alat-alat berat yang digunakan proyek-proyek infrastruktur, yang tetap bergulir meski sebagian besar sektor lain harus tiarap lantaran pandemi Covid-19 yang tak kunjung berakhir.
Hari-hari belakangan ini, rezeki tarikan justru dirasakan Usman ada kenaikan, bersamaan dengan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM), 11-25 Januari 2021. Pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) serentak jilid kedua, khusus se-Jawa-Bali. Kebijakan kesekian dari pemerintah, yang berdasar pada fakta bahwa kasus Covid-19 di kedua provinsi ini masih cenderung tinggi.
“Bos, mbok tulung sangu lan uang jalanku ditambahi,” ucap Usman, memberanikan diri menyambangi rumah dan usul pada Mansur, sang juragan.
“Lha wong orderan durung normal kon njaluk tambahan sangu ki piye, Lek Us. Opo ora kuwalik?” ujar Juragan Mansur, santai.
“Kuwalik ora kuwalik, saiki jamane kan memang wis kuwalik, Bos. Kahanan wis ora iso diprediksi,” cetus Usman.
“Kuwalik piye, Lek Us?”
“Lha kae, ono berita, saiki tombone Corona kuwi malah seko pasien sing wis tau keno Corona dewe,” beber Usman menyinggung berita tentang plasma konvalesen yang sempat ditontonnya di layar kaca.
Usman memang tidak sedang mengigau. Dari berita, dia tahu, Menko Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto mendonorkan darahnya untuk dapat diproses menjadi plasma darah konvalesen Covid-19 yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan bagi pasien Covid-19.
Donor darah itu dilakukan Airlangga dengan disaksikan Ketua Umum Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Jusuf Kalla sesaat sebelum peluncuran Gerakan Nasional Donor Plasma Konvalesen Covid-19, Senin (18/1/2021).
Usman mengingat-ingat betul isi berita itu. Plasma konvalesen merupakan plasma darah yang diambil dari mantan penderita Covid-19, karena mengandung antibodi SARS-Cov-2, untuk kemudian plasma tersebut diproses agar dapat didonorkan kepada pasien Covid-19 dengan gejala berat dan kritis.
“Berarti Pak Menteri Airlangga yo nate keno Corona?” tanya Juragan Mansur.
“Yo mestine. Lha pokoke beritane ngono kok.”
“Jare Pak JK, kuwi wujud rasa syukure Pak Airlangga. Makane Pak Airlangga ndonorke plasmane, kanggo wong-wong sing keno Corona sing durung mari. Ben mari,” terang Usman, runtut, sambil mengingat-ingat detil berita itu.
Lagi-lagi, kali ini, Usman benar-benar penyimak dan penyampai berita yang baik. Termasuk ketika dia juga lancar menyampaikan bahwa Menko PMK Muhadjir Effendy menyatakan, Gerakan Nasional Donor Plasma Konvalesen merupakan tindak lanjut dari arahan Presiden Joko Widodo.
Intinya, terapi plasma konvalesen merupakan salah satu metode terapi tambahan yang dapat mengobati pasien Covid-19 dengan gejala berat dan kritis.
Terapi tersebut merupakan konsep imunisasi pasif melalui donor plasma darah yang mengandung antibodi SARS-Cov-2 kepada penderita Covid-19 dengan gejala berat dan kritis.

“Ora njarak, Bos. Pas bejo ngerti berita kuwi.”

Usman terpaku. Membisu. Tapi tubuhnya mulai luruh di lantai granit sejuk rumah mewah sang juragan. Duduk lesehan, sambil menikmati kopi dan sebatang kreteknya. Memaknai konvalese[ha]n.***
