PELAYANAN kesehatan tradisional (Yankestrad) merupakan bagian subsistem upaya kesehatan dalam Sistem Kesehatan Nasional, bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma pengobatan kuratif menjadi promotif dan preventif.
DINAS Kesehatan Kabupaten Temanggung menggelar Pelatihan Asuhan Mandiri Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional (Asman Yankestrad) Tanaman Obat Keluarga (Toga), Akupunktur, dan Akupressur.
Pelatihan ditujukan bagi tenaga kesehatan, yaitu bidan, perawat, dan programmer di Puskesmas dan kader kesehatan desa.
Pada tahap pertama, pelatihan Asman Yankestrad ini dihelat di Puskesmas Bulu, Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Temanggung selama dua hari. Sesuai jadwal, pelatihan berlangsung hingga Rabu (13/4/2021).
Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Temanggung dr Taryumi menjelaskan, pelaksanaan Asman Yankestrad merupakan penjabaran kegiatan sesuai Permenkes Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 tentang Upaya Pengembangan Kesehatan Tradisional melalui Asmantoga dan Keterampilan.
Di tingkat Puskesmas, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh tim kesehatan tradisional integrasi (adhoc) yang dipimpin oleh dokter yang memahami pelayanan kesehatan tradisional komplementer yang ditetapkan.
“Tujuan pelatihan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Asman Yankestrad, manfaat Toga, akupunktur, dan akupressur kepada tenaga kesehatan, yaitu bidan, perawat, dan programmer serta kader kesehatan desa agar dalam melaksanakan Yankestrad sesuai dengan kaidah kesehatan,” tandas Taryumi.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Tim Pembina Yankestrad Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Temanggung, para narasumber Asman Yankestrad Integrasi, Kepala Puskesmas Bulu, seluruh bidan, perawat, dan programmer serta para kader kesehatan dari desa di wilayah Kecamatan Bulu.
Manfaat Toga
Dalam paparan narasumber, dijelaskan bahwa pemanfaatan Toga pada dasarnya adalah sebidang tanah, baik itu di sekitar rumah atau lainnya yang digunakan untuk menanam tanaman atau tumbuhan yang berkhasiat sebagai obat untuk pemenuhan keperluan keluarga terhadap obat-obatan.
Gerakan penanaman Toga bukan sekadar membuat lingkungan rumah menjadi sejuk, tapi lebih pada penyediaan manfaat bagi kesehatan, serta merupakan salah satu upaya Kementerian Kesehatan dalam memanfaatkan tanaman-tanaman yang ada di sekitar masyarakat untuk dijadikan obat tradisional.
Program ini diawali dengan penerbitan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (PMK) Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 tentang Upaya Pengembangan Kesehatan Tradisional melalui Asuhan Mandiri Pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga dan Keterampilan.
Dengan menghadirkan kader kesehatan desa, dimaksudkan agar di desa dibentuk kelompok Asuhan Mandiri (Asman), yang melibatkan 5-10 kepala keluarga (KK) dalam satu kelompok.
Dijelaskan, Yankestrad Integrasi adalah suatu bentuk pelayanan kesehatan yang mengombinasikan pelayanan kesehatan konvensional dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional Komplementer, baik bersifat sebagai pelengkap maupun pengganti dalam keadaan tertentu.
Praktik Akupressur
Pelayanan kesehatan tradisional (Yankestrad) merupakan bagian subsistem upaya kesehatan dalam Sistem Kesehatan Nasional, bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma pengobatan kuratif menjadi promotif dan preventif.
Salah satu jenis pelayanan kesehatan tradisional komplementer yang dapat diselenggarakan di Puskesmas adalah akupunktur, akupressur, pijat bayi, dan herbal medik.
Di sini pembinaan asuhan mandiri Toga dan akupressur integrasi dengan kelompok Asuhan Mandiri (Asman) Toga akupressur dan Posyandu, menjadi pelayanan kesehatan tradisional harus memenuhi kriteria aman dan bermutu, sesuai ketetapan Kementerian Kesehatan.
Selain akupressur, dalam pelatihan juga dibahas tentang akupunktur atau masyarakat menyebut tusuk jarum. Hal ini sejalan dengan paradigma sehat, di mana saat ini masyarakat memiliki kecenderungan untuk kembali ke alam (back to nature) dengan budaya pengobatan tradisional Indonesia yang sangat digemari, yaitu pijat dan tradisi minum jamu.
Pengobatan dengan ramuan herbal, sesuai kebijakan obat tradisional dalam Kepmenkes No.381/Menkes/ SK/III/2007, bertujuan mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan ramuan, menjadikan obat tradisional menjadi komoditas unggul melalui peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam perawatan kesehatan secara mandiri.***
