ASISTEN Perencanaan dan Anggaran (Asrena) Mayjen TNI Hendrasto Joko Saksono selaku Ketua Tim Pengawasan dan Evaluasi (Wasev) PJO TMMD Reguler 112 meninjau pelaksanaan TMMD Reguler 112 di Desa Majasto, Kecamatan Tawangsari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Kamis (23/9/2021).
Sebelum menuju lokasi, Mayjen Hendrasto telah mendengarkan paparan pelaksanaan TMMD Reguler 112 yang disampaikan oleh Dandim Sukoharjo Letkol Inf Agus Adhy Darmawan di Ruang Loby Bupati.
Dari paparan itu, Mayjen Hendrasto sangat mengapresiasi dan bangga bahwa pelaksanaan TMMD Reguler 112 di Sukoharjo ini luar biasa. Pasalnya, dalam pelaksanaannya didukung penuh oleh Pemerintah Daerah Sukoharjo, dengan menganggarkan hampir Rp 1 miliar untuk kegiatan TMMD Reguler 112 ini.
“Dalam pelaksanaannya penuh keterbukaan, transparan, dan akuntabilitasnya juga jelas,” ungkap Mayjen Hendrasto.
Mayjen Hendrasto menyampaikan, tujuan dari TMMD ini, bagaimana kerja fisik dan nonfisiknya tenyata sangat didukung oleh beberapa elemen.
“Artinya ini adanya sinergitas antara TNI-Polri-Pemerintah Daerah dan masyarakat. Percuma jika pembangunan yang memakan biaya miliaran tanpa adanya sinergitas, sehingga dengan sinergi gotong royong semua elemen bisa menyelesaikan suatu kegiatan dengan baik,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, di sela-sela peninjauan di lokasi.
Mayjen Hendrasto Joko Saksono menambahkan, dirinya sangat terkesan saat meninjau pelaksanaan TMMD Reguler 112 di Kabupaten Sukoharjo ini, karena keguyubrukunan masyakatnya, bahu-membahu untuk ikut menyelesaikan program TMMD Reguler ini.
“Terlebih vaksinasi, yang termasuk dalam program TMMD Reguler ini, masyarakat tadi saya lihat sangat antusias untuk divaksin. Masyarakat dengan sukarela berbondong-bondong mau datang ke balai desa untuk ikut vaksin. Itu artinya masyarakat ikut mendukung penyuksesan program vaksinasi yang telah dicanangkan Presiden Joko Widodo,” bebernya.
Didampingi Bupati Etik Suryani, Danrem Warastratama, perwakilan dari Kodam IV/Diponegoro, dan Muspida Sukoharjo, Mayjen Hendrasto Joko Saksono meninjau beberapa titik pelaksanaan TMMD Reguler 112, di antaranya vaksinasi di Balai Desa Majasto, penyuluhan tentang stunting, renovasi rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH), pembuatan MCK BUMDes, renovasi bangsal Pemakaman Bumi Arum di Desa Majasto.
Menurutnya, sinergitas beberapa elemen di Jawa Tengah, khususnya di Kabupaten Sukoharjo bisa dijadikan contoh untuk daerah lain di Indonesia.
Sementara Dandim Sukoharjo Letkol Inf Agus Adhy Darmawan menyampaikan, TMMD Reguler 112 baru berjalan 10 hari dan sebelumnya sudah diadakan pra-TMMD.
Beberapa titik yang menjadi sasaran fisik TMMD Reguler 112 ini meliputi renovasi 1 unit masjid, 3 unit RTLH, 3 unit MCK, perawatan 1 unit lapangan, renovasi gedung TPA dan renovasi masjid dari CSR BRI, pembuatan talut jalan sepanjang 265 meter bantuan dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja, betonisasi jalan sepanjang 1.000 meter, dan swadaya masyarakat.
Adapun sasaran tambahan, renovasi masjid di Pemakaman Bumi Arum, renovasi total 3 unit RTLH, MCK BUMDes, renovasi gedung TPA Al-Amin, dan renovasi masjid di samping Balai Desa Majasto.
Bupati Sukoharjo Etik Suryani menyampaikan bahwa hasil TMMD Reguler 112 sangat besar manfaatnya untuk masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Majasto.
“Kami mohon agar hasil dari TMMD ini dirawat betul, difungsikan dengan baik untuk masyarakat,” pesan Bupati Etik Suryani.***
