PERSATUAN Guru Tidak Tetap/Pegawai Tidak Tetap (Prograta) Kabupaten Blora, Jawa Tengah menyebut sebagian besar peserta ujian Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) tidak mencapai passing grade (PG) yang ditetapkan. Prograta lantas mendorong adanya penambahan afirmasi untuk masa kerja demi bisa mendapat skor tambahan.
Ketua Prograta Blora Aries Eko Siswanto mengatakan, persentase kelulusan tes PPPK di Kabupaten Blora cukup kecil, sehingga perlu adanya penambahan afirmasi masa kerja bagi peserta.
“Kemarin kan afirmasi belum menjangkau yang masa kerja. Berharapnya di tahap dua nanti ada itu. Jadi per jenjang masa kerja ada tambahan poin untuk afirmasi,” kata Aries, Sabtu (25/9/2021).
Adapun untuk afirmasi masa kerja diusulkan kepada para guru honorer yang sudah masuk dalam Dapodik dan memiliki NUPTK dari Dinas Pendidikan.
Nilai afirmasinya juga berbeda sesuai masa kerja. Durasi masa kerja 3-5 tahun poinnya 25 persen; 6-8 tahun poinnya 20 persen; 9-11 tahun poinnya 25 persen; dan 12 tahun ke atas dapat poin 30 persen.
Harapan adanya tambahan afirmasi untuk masa kerja sudah disampaikan ke Kemendikbud dan Komisi X DPR RI, melalui paguyuban yang ada di Jateng.
Aries pun menyayangkan sikap pemerintah yang menunda pengumuman peserta tes tahap pertama. Mestinya pemerintah tetap mengumumkan hasil tes sesuai jadwal sembari mengambil langkah-langkah baru untuk peserta tahap kedua.
“PPPK ini dari awal pendaftaran sampai jadwal seharusnya diumumkan itu berubah-ubah terus. Agak kacau memang. Harapannya tahap pertama sesuai hasil tes 94 ribu SE nasional itu diumumkan dulu, baru misalnya ada tambahan-tambahan karena banyak yang belum lolos,” ucapnya.
Banyaknya peserta ujian PPPK yang tidak lolos PG sebelumnya juga sudah diungkapkan oleh Ketua PGRI Blora Sintong Joko Kusworo. Dia mengaku banyak menerima aduan terkait permasalahan tersebut.
“Aduan pertama, passing grade terlalu tinggi, termasuk skor guru kelas terlalu tinggi, sehingga banyak yang kedodoran. Yang kedua, soal yang dikerjakan kemarin itu jauh dari yang diujicobakan. Itu kisi-kisi soal tidak pas dengan yang diujicobakan. Hasilnya PG di bawah ambang batas,” kata Sintong, Selasa (21/9/2021).***
