Sukoharjo-Inspirasiline.com. Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo, meresmikan Gedung Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi SIM (Satpas) Polres Sukoharjo, Jumat (18/2/2022).
Selain meresmikan Satpas Polres Sukoharjo, Kapolri juga meresmikan gedung baru Mako Polresta Surakarta dan Satpas Polres Wonogiri. Peresmian secara simbolis dilaksanakan di Mako Polresta Surakarta.
Dalam peresmian tersebut, Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit, mengungkapkan bahwa dengan dibangunnya gedung Satpas yang baru diharapkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat pemohon SIM, baik permohonan SIM baru maupun perpanjangan, prosesnya menjadi lebih mudah dan nyaman.
“Karena di Satpas yang baru ini dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang lengkap dan didukung dengan tekhnologi yang modern,” terangnya.
Dengan semua layanan yang berbasis sistem dan tekhnologi ini, lanjut Kapolri, bertujuan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya pungli dan korupsi.
Selain itu, selama berlangsungnya wabah pandemi Covid-19, Satpas baru ini akan memberikan pelayanan prima dengan fasilitas yang nyaman kepada masyarakat dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Sukoharjo AKBP Wahyu Nugroho Setyawan menuturkan, Satpas Polres Sukoharjo sendiri dibangun mulai 16 Juni hingga 20 Desember 2021.
Gedung Satpas Polres Sukoharjo berdiri diatas lahan seluas 5.469 m2. Dengan gedung utama seluas 1.406,71 m2, yang terdiri dari lantai satu seluas 936,25 m2 dan lantai dua seluas 470,46 m2.
Lebih lanjut, Kapolres mengungkapkan, bahwa Gedung Satpas Polres Sukoharjo menerapkan sistem pelayanan modern dengan didukung oleh sistem antrian FIFO (First In First Out) yang terintegrasi antar bagian pelayanan.
“Sistem antrian yang diterapkan menggunakan metode FIFO, dimana sistem antrian yang dilakukan adalah pemohon SIM pada nomor antrian yang pertama itu yang dilakukan pelayanan,” jelasnya.
“Dimana sistem ini nantinya akan menginformasikan nomor antrian kepada pemohon SIM melalui layar monitor dan suara,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, didalam sistem FIFO juga terdapat 6 jenis aplikasi yang dapat digunakan, yaitu :
- Aplikasi nomor antrian
- Aplikasi pelayanan pemohon
- Aplikasi set-up layanan antrian berbasis web
- Aplikasi sistem akses kontrol,
- Aplikasi dashboard monitoring.
- Aplikasi Pengenalan wajah, deteksi suhu tubuh dan deteksi pemakaian masker.
