Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen bersiap meningkatkan status menjadi Rumah Sakit tipe B Pendidikan.
Sebelum ditetapkan menjadi RS Pendidikan, RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen menjalankan visitasi selama satu hari untuk mengecek kesiapan fasilitas pelayanan di RSUD tipe B satu-satunya di bumi sukowati tersebut.
Kedatangan tim visitasi disambut langsung oleh Bupati Sragen, dr. Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati, Pelaksanan tugas (Plt) Direktur Utama ( Dirut) RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen, dr. Joko Haryono, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten (DKK) Sragen dr. Hargiyanto, dan para dokter RSUD dr Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen (RSSP) serta jajaran direksi RSSP Sragen di Aula Flamboyan Gedung RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen, Senin (28/3/2022).
Tim visitasi assesor dari RS Pendidikan dari Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) dikoordinir drg. Christiana Hendarjudani, M.Kes, dr. Sri Hartini, Sp.PK(K), MARS, dan dr. Yani Istadi, M.Med, ED, perwakilan Dekan fakultas kedokteran Universitas Negeri Surakarta (UNS), Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta, dan Universitas Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor, Ponorogo, Jawa Timur.
Plt Dirut RSSP Sragen, dr. Joko Haryono, mengungkapkan sudah lama RSPP menjadi RS Pendidikan. Yakni sejak 2019, tetapi baru tingkat Provinsi Jateng. RSSP kemudian menjadi RS Pendidikan nasional dan baru ada visitisasi tim Kemenkes hari ini.
“Yang pertama kami siapkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), dalam hal ini dokter spesialis yang nantinya menjadi dosen luar biasa serta SDM, sarana, dan prasarana (sarpras). Kemudian fasilitas pendukung seperti ruang pembelajaran, perpustakaan, ruang diskusi, ruang istirahat para dokter koas dan seterusnya. Dosen luar biasa yang disiapkan sebanyak 37 orang. Mereka ini juga dituntut adanya penelitian karena mereka akan mendapatkan honorarium dari pihak perguruan tinggi,” Ungkap dr Joko Haryono menjelaskan.
Bupati Sragen, dr. Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati yang juga berlatarbelakang dokter menyatakan siap mendukung apapun kegiatan positif di bidang kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Sragen.
“Karena komitmen saya memajukan sektor kesehatan di Sragen, kalau RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro bisa menjadi RS pendidikan itu merupakan sebuah prestasi dan kemanfaatanya sangat banyak. Saya harapkan teman-teman mendukung,” Ungkap dr Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati meminta
Dengan perubahan status menjadi RS Pendidikan diharapkan RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro bisa menyelenggarakan pelayanan, pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang kedokteran dan ilmu kesehatan.
Menurutnya, pelaksanaan visitasi ini untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro dan pengembangan pendidikan kedokteran dan ilmu kesehatan.
“Kalau kita bisa menjadi bagian dari RS Pendidikan kita akan menerima mahasiswa dan mendidik mereka bagaimana menjadi dokter. Alhamdulillah, secara otomatis kita disini juga akan berpacu untuk memperbaiki pelayanan, infrastruktur dilengkapi SDM dari segi pendidikan juga,” Ungkapnya.
RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro beberapa waktu lalu telah dinyatakan lulus akreditasi secara paripurna. Pelayanan rumah sakit dianggap sudah sesuai standar yang telah diakui melalui akreditasi.
“Saya yakin Rumah Sakit ini layak menjadi RS Pendidikan, selama ini pun kami sudah menerima mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran dari UII, UNS, dan sedang persiapan lamaran dari UNIDA Gontor,” Ungkap dr Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati lebih lanjut
“Karena RSSP menjadi pilihan utama di Kabupaten Sragen. Mudah-mudahan pelayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Sragen bisa tercover tidak hanya untuk warga Sragen, tapi bisa untuk masyarakat Kabupaten tetangga,” Ungkap orang nomor 1 di Bumi Sukowati itu berharap
Ketua tim assesor RS Pendidikan dari Kemenkes, drg. Christiana Hendarjudani mengatakan selain pelayanan juga diharuskan mendidik mahasiswa tapi diantara kelebihan-kelebihan yang ada jadi RS Pendidikan itu sebuah tanggung jawab karena akan dipilih atau dilamar oleh Fakultas Kedokteran.
“RS Pendidikan ini tentunya mefmbutuhkan effort dari Bapak, Ibu sekalian terutama dilihat dari pelayanan, bila pelayanan itu menjalankan tata kelola teknis dengan baik tentunya akan dilamar oleh RS Pendidikan utama atau fakultas kedokteran universitas lainnya,” Ungkap drg Christiana Hendarjudani menjelaskan
Saat ini, dari 336 Rumah Sakit Pendidikan yang telah di jaring Fakultas Kedokteran, hanya 135 RS yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan (SK) dan sertifikat dari Menteri Kesehatan.
“Jadi kami butuh upaya yang besar, sepertinya RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro juga akan dilamar menjadi pilihan utama dari Universitas Darussalam Gontor. Itu menjadi suatu perjuangan yang besar, menjadi RS Pendidikan yang utama itu tentunya akan berjejaring dengan RS Satelit ataupun afiliasi untuk memenuhi sebagian kompetensi yang tidak ada di RS Pendidikan utamanya,” Ungkapnya.
