Temanggung-Inspirasiline.com. Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Djojonegoro Kabupaten Temanggung, Gelar Selebrasi Puncak Projek Sekolah Penggerak untuk mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dikemas dalam kegiatan ekspose hasil Inovasi siswa di halaman SLBN Temanggung, Jawa Tengah, Kamis 13 Oktober 2022.
Pelaksanaan proyek inovasi di sekolah penggerak SLBN Temanggung melibatkan seluruh siswa-siswi didukung didukung pembimbing masing-masing untuk menampilan karya inovasinya dan digelar di stand pameran karya inovasi SLBN Temanggung.
Kepala Sekolah SLBN Temanggung Ina Sulanti mengatakan, serangkaian kegiatan Sekolah Penggerak diarahkan untuk pembentukan Pelajar Pancasila yang gaungnya terus dikumandangkan melalui lagu-lagu profil pelajar Pancasila.
“Kali ini Proyek Sekolah Penggerak di SLBN Temanggung memilih tema 1 yaitu Bhineka Tunggal Ika, dimana siswa berkreasi membuat dan mengenakan model pakaian adat Papua”, ungkap Ina Sulanti.
Kegiatan tersebut kata Ina Sulanti merupakan penjabaran dari Program Merdeka belajar yang digulirkan Kemendikbudristek. Tema yang dipilih adalah tema 1 Bhinneka Tunggal Ika tetapi dikembangkan dengan inovasi pemanfaatan limbah terkait dengan pelestarian lingkungan hidup.
Karya siswa tersebut diantaranya yaitu pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang berharga yang disentuh dengan kreatifitas siswa. Seperti membuat bunga hias dari limbah plastik, membatik dengan pewarna alami, membuat tiruan ornamen pakaian adat Papua dengan tali rafia dan masih banyak inovasi karya siswa seperti yang dipajang di stand pameran.
Salah seorang guru mengatakan, para siswa SLBN Temanggung memang memiliki keterbatasan, tetapi juga memiliki kelebihan tetentu sesuai kemampuannya.
“Guru kelas mengajar harus dilandasi rasa ikhlas dan sabar, hati yang legowo sehingga selalu enjoy, harus memaklumi keterbatasan anak, memahami seperti apa kemampuan mereka dan melakukan bimbingan dengan sabar dan telaten”, ungkap Indarti guru kelas 7.
Ada tipe pemalas, kurang kemauan, ada juga hiper aktif, selalu ingin bergerak tidak jenak duduk dan banyak lagi keterbatasan lainnya. Maka kunciny adalah melakukan pembiasaan sehingga secara terus menerus diingatkan akhirnya anak menjadi terbiasa bisa.
Sebagai salah satu bentuk ekspose keberhasilan kemandirian anak, maka dalam puncak proyek sekolah penggerak ini dilaksanakan karnaval keliling lingkungan dengan gebyar adat Papua.
Usai melaksanakan karnaval, anak secara beregu diberikan penghargaan berupa trophy kejuaraan atas karya karya inovasi nya seperti limbah tas kresek jadi hiasan bunga, kardus bisa jadi barang mainan, tempat tisue, pigura foto, dan aneka hiasan lainnya.
Seperti diketahui, salah satu gagasan Kemendikbudristek dalam rangkaian Program Merdeka Belajar adalah “Guru Bergerak Indonesia Maju”. Guru merupakan garda terdepan pendidikan, oleh karenanya Kemendikbudristek mencanangkan Program Guru Penggerak, Sekolah Penggerak dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.
Pada kesempatan terpisah, Kepala Dinas Dikpora Kabuapten Temanggung Agus Sujarwo mendorong semangat guru dan siswa untuk terus berkreasi dan berinovasi. Selain mengembangkan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, Sekolah Penggerak juga diharapkan meningkatkan karakter dan keterampilan siswanya.
“Pengembangan Karakter berbasis siswa kreatif dan guru kreatif bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter terampil, mandiri, dan berpikir ekonomi kreatif sebagai salah satu perwujudan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dimana salah satu tahapanya adalah pembelajaran wirausaha membangun karakter pelajar Pancasila”, tandas Agus Sujarwo.
Sekolah Penggerak diharapkan dapat menjadi katalis perubahan pendidikan di daerahnya dengan cara menggerakkan komunitas belajar di sekolah dan di wilayahnya, menjadi contoh kreatif bagi sekolah lainnya dalam hal pengembangan pembelajaran di sekolah, mendorong peningkatan kepemimpinan murid di sekolah, membuka ruang diskusi positif dan ruang kolaborasi antar guru dan siswa.
Program ini telah dipraktikkan secara nyata melalui proyek inovasi sekolah dengan memanfaatkan aset lingkungan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication) pada murid melalui outdoor study. (Budhy HP)
