Grobogan-Inspirasiline.com. Kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penyelewengan pembayaran tanah Bulog di Mayahan Tawangharjo Kab. Grobogan Jateng telah menyeret seorang terdakwa Hj. Kusdiyanto (70) dan telah dijatuhi hukuman penjara, kini menyusul tersangka seorang notaris kondang di Purwodadi, Paul Christian (50). Paul yang diduga selewengkan dana pembayaran tanah tersebut, kini akhirnya ditahan pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Grobogan dan dititipkan ke Lapas Purwodadi pada Kamis (20/10/22).
“Pelimpahan barang bukti dan tersangka PC (Tahap II) dari Jaksa Penyidik ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum dilaksanakan di Kejari Grobogan dan saat ini PC sudah ditahan di Lapas Purwodadi”kata Kasi Intel Frengki Wibowo SH MH.
Notaris Paul Christian yang didampingi kuasa hukumnya, Ali Purnomo SH dan Ketua Ikatan Notaris Indonesia Cab. Grobogan Mulyono SH MKn menuju mobil tahanan Kejari Grobogan menuju Lapas Purwodadi.
Tersangka PC selaku Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) diduga melakukan tindak pidana Korupsi secara bersama sama dalam Penyimpangan Pembayaran Pembelian Tanah Pembangunan Gudang Bulog Desa Mayahan Kecamatan Tawangharjo Kabupaten Grobogan tahun 2018 (Bulog II). Sedang pasal yang disangkakan melanggar Primair: Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) Ke-1 KUHP, Subsidair: Pasal 3 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) Ke-1 KUHP, atas perbuatan tersangka PC telah mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp. 4.999.421.705,00 (empat miliar sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta empat ratus dua puluh satu ribu tujuh ratus lima rupiah) sebagaimana Laporan Hasil Penghitungan Kerugian Keuangan Negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Terhadap Tersangka PC Jaksa Penuntut umum telah melakukan penahanan selama 20 (dua puluh) hari kedepan mulai sejak tanggal 20 Oktober 2022 sampai dengan 08 November 2022 di Lapas Kelas IIB Purwodadi
Tahap selanjutnya, kata Frengki adalah tahap persidangan dimana sebelum 20 hari masa penahanan, berkas perkara PC sudah dilimpahkan kepada Pengadilan Tipikor PN Semarang. ( Jkwi)
