Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. 20 Desa, di 20 Kecamatan se Kabupaten Sragen di Kukuhkan menjadi Desa Cantik. Hal tersebut mereplikasi Desa Karangpelem, Kecamatan Kedawung yang merupakan Pilot Project Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik). Desa Cantik menjadi langkah awal menuju satu data atau One Data di Tingkat Desa.
Kepala Desa (Kades) diminta merawat Data di Desa, supaya Desa tetap menjadi Desa Cantik. Pencanangan Desa Cantik 20 Desa itu dilakukan Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Sragen, Joko Suratno, mewakili Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati, di Aula Sukowati Setda Sragen, Senin (21/11/2022).
Joko Suratno menjelaskan penobatan 20 Desa Cantik ini menunjukan Potret Keberhasilan Sragen.
“Jadi mereplika Inovasi Desa Cantik itu hanya membutuhkan waktu enam bulan untuk 20 Desa lainnya dan menjadi Program Tingkat Kabupaten Sragen. Semua ini terwujud karena ada semangat Inovasi dan terus bekerja dengan baik serta menjaga sinergisitas dengan semangat gotong-royong,“ Ungkap Joko Suratno
Dijelaskan data akurat itu menjadi kunci Pembangunan dan menjadi Dasar dalam Pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat sehingga Pembangunan tepat sasaran. Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) sebagai Produsen dan Pemilik Desa, menurutnya, seharusnya bisa menggunakan Data itu kapan pun tanpa perlu menunggu Rilis Resmi dari Kementerian/Lembaga.
“Desa Cantik itu diharapkan bisa menyederhanakan Pendataan di Desa karena dengan Desa Cantik maka tercipta satu Data di Desa yang selalu dilakukan Updating mengingat Data Penduduk itu dinamis. Desa Cantik itu bisa disinkronkan dengan Program Kabupaten karena mewujudkan One Data di Kabupaten Sragen diawali dari satu Data di Desa,“ Ungkapnya
Joko Suratno mengimbau kalau sudah menjadi Desa Cantik, jangan lupa merawatnya agar tetap Cantik. Joko Suratno menyebut Data Penduduk pasti dinamis karena ada yang meninggal dan lahir. Tiga bulan saja tidak dimutakhirkan Data Penduduk bakal tidak valid karena Penduduk yang lahir dan Meninggal tidak tercatat.
“Misalnya ada orang meninggal itu, harus diterbitkan Akta Kematian oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil). Akta kematian itu tidak akan diterbitkan Dispendukcapil tanpa adanya Pelaporan dari Desa. Siapa yang melaporkan ya Perangkat Desa yang memiliki Tupoksi terkait. Maka para Kades, saya tekankan supaya merawat Data, Manfaatkan, dan Berdayakan semua Perangkat Daerah sesuai Tupoksinya,“ Ungkapnya.
Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan (Bappeda Litbang) Sragen Aris Tri Hartanto, mengatakan, Pencanangan Desa Cantik itu untuk meningkatkan Literasi Desa dalam Penyelenggaraan Statistik. Selain itu Desa juga memahami Standarisasi Pengolahan Data Statistik, dan Optimaliasi Penggunaan Pemanfaatan Data Satitsik Desa. Data yang akurat bisa meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik melalui Inovasi.
