Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Bupati Rembang H Abdul Hafidz menyerahkan 442 sertifikat 442 tanah di Desa Kajar Kecamatan Lasem, kemarin.
Ratusan warga Desa Kajar mengaku sangat senang karena bertahun-tahun lamanya ratusan bidang tanah itu tak bertuan.
“Ojo disileh-silehno lo sertifikatke , silehke konco dulur (jangan dipinjamkan teman atau saudara) saat itu ya baik (waktu minjam sertifikat yang baik), dibuat ambil hutang nanti dibagi hasil. Akhirnya yang dipinjami tidak mau membayar angsuran, kemudian sertifikatnya dilelang bank,” tandas Abdul Hafidz mengingatkan warga usai penyerahan sertifikat.
Hafidz berharap dengan terbitnya sertifikat itu semoga bermanfaat dan tidak ada lagi sengketa tanah, karena tanah yang dimiliki sudah mempunyai legalitas yang jelas.
“PTSL yang merupakan program Presiden Joko Widodo ditargetkan tahun depan semua tanah di Indonesia sudah bersertifikat. Khusus di Rembang, tanah yang bersertifikat sudah 70 persen. Targetnya tahun 2024 tanah di Rembang sudah bersertifikat semua,” papar Hafidz.
Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), Nurdin menyebutkan 442 sertifikat PTSL di Kajar ini terdiri atas 400 sertifikat tanah warga dan 42 sertifikat milik Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes).
“Jadi kita sisir semua ,kita daftar semua tanah desa termasuk tanah bengkok,” jelasnya.
Kepala Desa Kajar , Widayat bersyukur akhirnya PTSL di desanya sukses. Hingga saat ini sudah sekitar 95 persen tanah di desa yang dipimpinnya telah tersertifikat.
