SP2D merupakan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana adalah dokumen yang digunakan sebagai dasar pencairan dana yang diterbitkan oleh Bendahara Umum Daerah atau Bendahara Umum Negara berdasarkan Surat Perintah Membayar atau SPM.
Bupati Kendal Dico M Ganinduto mengatakan, dengan dilaunchingnya Host to Host SP2D ini, maka semua sistem transaksi keuangan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Kendal dilakukan secara digital. Tujuannya agar lebih cepat, efisien dan tepat, karena berbasis digital. Harapannya, bisa meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia bukan hanya di pemerintahan, tetap juga masyarakat secara umum.
“SDM sudah siap, jadi semua OPD sudah siap menjalankan, karena secara bertahap semuanya akan dilakukan secara digital,” kata Bupati Dico.
Selain melaunching host to host, juga dilakukan Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kinerja Kepala Perangkat Daerah dengan Bupati Kendal Tahun 2023. Penandatanganan ini dilakukan oleh Bupati Kendal dan Sekda Kendal, kemudian diikuti oleh seluruh Kepala OPD dan camat se Kabupaten Kendal.
Launching Host to Host ini bekerja sama dengan Bank Jateng. Direktur Bisnis Kelembagaan, Treasuri dan Unit Usaha Syariah Bank Jateng, Ony Surharsono memberikan apresiasi kepada Bupati Kendal dan jajarannya atau dilaunchingnya Host to Host SP2D di pemerintahan Kabupaten Kendal.
“Kami mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Bupati Kendal dan jajarannya yang telah menerapkan Host to Host SP2D di pemerintahan Kabupaten Kendal,” ungkapnya.
Dirjen Bina Keuangan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Agus Fatoni yang memberikan sambutan secara online mengatakan, pemerintah mendukung dan mendorong kegiatan seperti ini, karena efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah lebih terjamin.
Demikian tujuan-tujuan yang dicanangkan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah bisa segera tercapai, khususnya dalam memperbaiki pelayanan publik dan kegiatan pembangunan.
