Blora-Inspirasiline.com. Badan Amil Zakat Nasional ( Baznas ) Kabupaten Blora gelontorkan beasiswa kepada sejumlah mahasiswa di beberapa perguruan tinggi di Blora. Penyerahan bantuan yang total nilainya mencapai Rp 290 juta itu, dilakukan oleh Bupati Blora, H. Arief Rohman, di pendapa rumah dinas Bupati, Kamis (25/7/24).
Sejumlah mahasiswa yang menerima bantuan beasiswa tersebut, masing-masing tengah menempuh pendidikan di sejumlah perguruan tinggi di Blora. Masing-masing STAI Muhammadiyah Blora, STT Ronggolawe Cepu, IAI Al Muhammadiyah Cepu, IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora.
“Kami atas nama pemerintah Kabupaten Blora mengapresiasi Baznas dimana telah mengelola dana Baznas yang bersumber dari dana ASN yang ada di Kabupaten Blora,” tandas Bupati Arief di sela-sela penyerahan bantuan.
Disampaikan Bupati yang akrab dipanggil Gus Arief itu, ketika awal jadi Wakil Bupati dirinya membidangi soal Kesra. Saat itu penerimaan Baznas baru puluhan juta rupiah.
“Akhirnya kita mengambil kebijakan seluruh ASN di Kabupaten Blora harus dipotong gajinya. Dan manfaatnya alhamdulillah bisa dirasakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Tidak hanya pendidikan tetapi kesehatan, kemanusian seperti bantuan korban kebakaran dan sebagainya,” paparnya.
Orang nomor satu di Blora itu menyampaikan, Baznas untuk terus berinovasi. Dengan demikian, keberadaan Baznas diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan terus berkoordinasi dengan baznas Provinsi dan pihak pihak lainnya.
Kepada para penerima bantuan pendidikan, Bupati Arief minta untuk terus belajar dengan giat. “Hari ini saya ucapkan selamat untuk adik-adik penerima beasiswa, semoga dengan beasiswa ini bisa memberikan manfaat untuk adik adik semua.”
Dikemukakan, untuk bisa keluar dari garis kemiskinan, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan. Ini menjadi prioritas kami Pemkab Blora, bahwa kedepan harus banyak lagi kesempatan anak-anak Blora yang ada khususnya SMA/SMK untuk bisa menempuh pendidikan tinggi.
” Saat ini, masih ada 70 persen anak-anak kita yang belum menempuh pendidikan lanjut. untuk saya berharap agar paling tidak 50 persen anak-anak Blora di SLTA bisa menempuh pendidikan lanjut.” Diketahui, selain penyerahan beasiswa tersebut, juga dilaksanakan penyerahan bantuan dari Baznas berupa alat potong rambut kepada 50 peserta pelatihan potong rambut.
