Apel pagi ini diikuti pegawai Setda, Bappeda, BPPKAD, dan Satpol PP, selain itu juga dihadiri pegawai dari BKPPD, Disporabudpar, Setwan, dan Inspektorat.
Dalam sambutannya Wakil Bupati Grobogan, H. Sugeng Prasetyo, S.E., M.M., menegaskan pentingnya membangun tim kerja yang solid dan budaya kerja yang lebih terbuka.
Ia mengajak seluruh pegawai untuk bekerja keras dalam merealisasikan program serta memastikan setiap kebijakan berjalan efektif.
Tak hanya itu, Wakil Bupati bersama unsur pimpinan juga siap menerima saran dan masukan agar pola kerja lebih fleksibel, responsif terhadap tantangan, serta mampu mendorong inovasi dalam pemerintahan.
Pada kesempatan itu, Wakil Bupati Sugeng meminta Sekda membentuk tim kecil guna mendukung percepatan realisasi program prioritas 3 bulan kepemimpinan Bupati Setyo Hadi dan dirinya.
Selain itu, 8 rogram hasil cepat terbaik Presiden (Asta Cita) juga menjadi perhatian agar pemkab Grobogan bisa mendukung implementasiannya di daerah.
Sugeng juga menyoroti sejumlah agenda besar yang sudah menanti yakni persiapan Hari Jadi Kabupaten Grobogan, Ramadan, pemeriksaan BPK, hingga penyusunan RKPD dan RPJMD, dsb.
Di tengah padatnya agenda itu, Wakil Bupati mengingatkan seluruh pegawai untuk tetap menjaga semangat dan disiplin dalam bekerja serta kesehatan.
Meskipun ada efisiensi anggaran (refocusing), efisiensi bukan alasan untuk mengendurkan kinerja. Justru, dengan semangat yang lebih tinggi, efektivitas kerja harus ditingkatkan agar pelayanan publik tetap optimal. (jk)
