WAKIL Bupati Tri Yuli Setyiowati mewakili Bupati Arief Rohman membuka kegiatan Diseminasi Kebijakan Perencanaan dan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SiRUP) di Ruang Pertemuan Setda, Selasa (21/9/2021) pagi.
Menghadirkan narasumber dari Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, kegiatan yang diikuti sekitar 100 orang PPKom dan Pokja Pemilihan se-Kabupaten Blora ini digelar sesuai protokol kesehatan (prokes), dalam beberapa kelompok.
“Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh PPKom dan Pokja. Dikarenakan masih pandemi, peserta kami bagi menjadi beberapa kelompok. Ada yang mengikuti di Ruang Pertemuan Setda, ada juga di Ruang Pertemuan Bagian PBJ. Narasumber dari LKPD, dan tersambung secara virtual,” kata Kepala Bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Iwan Setiyarso.
Wabup Tri Yuli Setyowati mengapresiasi dan mendorong para peserta untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
“Saya mengapresiasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Inti kegiatan pagi ini bagaimana kita meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di bidang yang Bapak-Ibu kerjakan. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini, harapannya menambah pengetahuan Bapak-Ibu untuk melayani masyarakat,” katanya.
Wabup Tri Yuli Setyowati menjelaskan, kegiatan ini bukti keseriusan pemerintah untuk mewujudkan reformasi birokrasi, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Dengan perencanaan dan proses pengadaan yang tepat waktu, pembangunan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat diharapkan bisa maksimal.
“Saya titip, kalau di OPD menghadapi kendala, tolong dikomunikasikan. Saya harap kita menjadi teamwork yang kuat. Kepada para peserta, ikuti kegiatan ini dengan baik, agar pelaksanaan pengadaan yang kita lakukan menghasilkan kualitas yang baik, transparan, dan akuntabel,” tandasnya.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan mengikuti diseminasi melalui virtual, dengan narasumber Direktur Perencanaan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pengadaan Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Fadli Arif dan Kepala Sub Koordinator Perencanaan Direktorat PMEP Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Heldi Yudiyatna.***
