TIM SATUAN Narkoba Polres Sukoharjo berhasil meringkus lima pemuda pelaku penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu. Satu di antara pelaku merupakan pengedar yang diamankan bersama barang bukti sabu seberat 50 gram. Lima tersangka barang haram itu semuanya diamankan di lokasi kos, tiga di antaranya saling terkait.
Kasatnarkoba AKP Agus Syamsudin didampingi Kasubag Humas AKP Sukmawati mengatakan, kasus pertama diamankan tiga orang di sebuah kamar kos di Dusun Sumbulan, Makamhaji, Kartasura, saat mereka tengah pesta sabu.
“Ketiga tersangka adalah YKR (21), warga Semanggi, Solo; NBP (27), warga Gentan, Baki; dan TP (22), warga Makamhaji, Sukoharjo. Sedangkan kasus kedua dengan pelaku perempuan inisial SDC (30), warga Sumber, Banjarsari, Solo, diamankan sebagai penjual,” ungkap Agus Syamsudin, Senin (3/8).
Dari penangkapan SDC, penyidik berhasil meringkus SP (33), warga Jakarta, sopir angkutan ekspedisi di rumah kos di Desa Wirogunan, Kartasura. “Dari tangan SP, petugas berhasil menyita barang bukti 50 gram sabu,” ujarnya.
Saat ini kasus tersebut masih dalam tahap pengembangan, termasuk pengakuan pelaku bahwa sabu tersebut dikendalikan oleh seseorang dari LP di Semarang.
Dikatakan, dari tangan SP, petugas berhasil menyita sabu seberat 50 gram, satu jaket jins, sebuah handphone, dan satu kartu ATM.
“Pelaku akan dikenakan pelanggaran Pasal 114 Jo 112 UU RI No 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkoba, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun hingga seumur hidup,” tegasnya.
SP mengaku hanya mengantarkan paket sabu alias kurir, dengan upah Rp 2,5 juta. Dia tergiur menjadi kurir sabu karena baru diberhentikan dari pekerjaannya dampak Covid-19, dan diiming-imingi upah tinggi. SP mengaku tidak kenal dengan SDC, karena hanya berkomunikasi melalui ponsel saja. “Saya benar-benar menyesal,” ungkapnya.***
