KOMUNITAS Pencinta Perkutut Kendal (KPPK) kembali menggelar bakti sosial pasca-kebakaran rumah di Desa Tambaksari, Kecamatan Rowosari pada 20 Desember 2020 lalu.
Ada tiga rumah yang terbakar, yaitu rumah H Irfan, Fatkurhokim, dan Sinwan yang berada di Dusun Losari, RT 02/RW 03, Desa Tambaksari, Kecamatan Rowosari, Kabupaten Kendal.
Ketua KPPK Eko Purwanto mengatakan, dia bersama seluruh anggota KPPK mengunjungi para korban pasca-kebakaran dan memberikan bantuan.
“Semoga dapat bermanfaat bagi para korban. Ini hasil iuran dari teman-teman anggota KPPK,” kata Eko, Jumat (25/12/2020).
Dikatakannya, bakti sosial ini sesuai dengan visi dan misi KPPK sebagai wadah bernaung pencinta burung perkutut sekaligus tempat penyambung tali silaturahmi dan bermanfaat untuk kehidupan sosial.
“Selain peternak, pencinta dan penghobi burung perkutut kami juga memunyai program sosial yang dikemas dalam KPPK Peduli,” jelasnya.
Sementara tokoh masyarakat Tambaksari, Untung Mujiono mengatakan, dia bersama masyarakat Tambaksari mengucapkan banyak terimakasih atas kepedulian KPPK yang ikut memperhatikan warga Tambaksari pasca-kebakaran rumah.
“Kami mengucapkan banyak terimakasih atas partisipasinya, semoga KPPK semakin solid, semakin jaya, dan semakin terpercaya di dunia perkutut,” tuturnya.***
