KEPALA Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Sragen Suwardi mengharuskan siswa berseragam sekolah saat pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) secara daring (online).
Kewajiban mengenakan seragam sekolah saat belajar daring itu menjadi strategi untuk mengawasi anak ketika jauh dari pantauan guru.
Suwardi menyampaikan hal itu saat berbincang dengan inspirasiline.com di ruang kerjanya, Selasa (26/1/2021).
Suwardi mengatakan, guru bisa mengetahui siswa dengan keterbatasan akses di masa pandemi dengan cara daring dan siswa harus memakai seragam sekolah meskipun berada di rumah.
Dengan memakai seragam dan dipantau lewat video call, menurutnya, maka aktivitas siswa di rumah bisa terpantau. Pemantauan siswa itu harus dilakukan setiap hari.
“Faktanya sekarang banyak siswa yang tidak mau manut saat diperintah orangtuanya. Tapi ketika yang memerintah itu gurunya, maka langsung dilaksanakan. Saya saja sebagai Kepala Dinas memerintah cucu saya tidak diperhatikan. Tapi begitu yang memerintah ustazahnya langsung ditaati,” ungkap Suwardi sembari berkelakar.
Suwardi melihat pandemi Covid-19 ini momentum untuk mengembalikan khittah pendidikan, bahwa kewajiban mendidik anak itu dikembalikan ke orangtua. Sebelum pandemi, pendidikan diserahkan ke guru.
Belum Maksimal
Suwardi tidak sedikit mendapat keluhan orangtua saat mendidik anaknya di saat orangtua harus bekerja.
Suwardi mengakui bila PJJ yang dilaksanakan selama pandemi itu belum maksimal, dengan variasi kondisi yang berbeda-beda.
Seperti variasi persoalan sumber daya manusia (SDM) gurunya, masalah posisi sekolah, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, hingga masalah lingkungan keluarga.
“Mungkin suatu saat perlu ada semacam pendidikan daring lewat studio yang disiarkan live untuk seluruh siswa di Sragen, dengan menampilkan guru terbaik,” ujarnya.
Suwardi mengatakan, dalam penerapan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) itu sebenarnya sekolah juga berdampak.
Dia mengatakan, selama ini pembelajaran daring itu dilakukan di sekolah. Kemudian dengan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM), guru yang masuk ke sekolah hanya 25 persen.
“Itu kan berpengaruh, meskipun guru bisa melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah. Sebenarnya Disdikbud sudah memetakan daerah juga, ketika sewaktu-waktu ada kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) itu siap,” terangnya.
Terpisah, Kepala SD Negeri Plupuh 2 Samiyono menyatakan setuju dengan kebijakan Kepala Disdikbud Sragen yang mengharuskan anak berseragam saat PJJ.
“Anak-anak sekarang sulit dikasih tahu. Apalagi kalau sudah pegang HP. Tapi begitu didatangi gurunya langsung njenggirat,” beber Samiyono saat ditemui inspirasiline.com di Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Plupuh, Selasa (26/1/2021).***
