RENCANA pemerintah untuk kembali membuka pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) pada tahun ajaran baru, Juli mendatang, disambut sukacita oleh peserta didik maupun orangtua/wali. Sebab, PTM memang sudah lama mereka nantikan.
Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kabupaten Sukoharjo pun melakukan persiapan menyongsong PTM di tengah pandemi, bahkan sudah berkali-kali menggelar simulasi sesuai tata kehidupan baru.
Nantinya pelaksanaan PTM di tengah pandemi, baik jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA tetap memberlakukan protokol kesehatan ketat.
Kepala Disdikbud Sukoharjo Darno mengatakan, jika dalam satu kelas terdapat 40 siswa, maka PTM akan menggunakan sistem sif pagi dan siang, dengan durasi masing-masing sif hanya 3 jam.
“Ya, untuk PTM Juli mendatang, kami memang sudah menunggu. Kami juga sudah sosialisasikan berkali-kali. Intinya kami tinggal menunggu instruksi dari pusat,” ungkapnya.
Darno menjelaskan, beberapa hal lain yang juga akan diberlakukan selama mengikuti PTM adalah penggunaan face shield dan masker, yang wajib dibawa sendiri dari rumah.
Di sekolah juga harus tersedia kran air mengalir untuk cuci tangan dan siswa membawa hand sanitizer.
Menurut Darno, kesiapan menyongsong PTM jauh hari sudah dilakukan dan saat ini pihaknya tinggal menunggu komando saja.
Di sisi lain, dia berharap, tren perkembangan kasus Covid-19 dapat segera mereda sebelum Juli mendatang.
Rencana PTM di semua sekolah pada tahun ajaran baru mendatang juga mendapatkan sambutan positif dari salah satu orangtua siswa, Wahyu Ris Widasih, warga Sukoharjo.
Selama pembelajaraan daring, putranya yang duduk di bangku Kelas II SMP Negeri 5 Sukoharjo sering kesulitan mendapatkan pelajaran yang dikirim melalui online.
“Saya berharap, rencana pemerintah yang akan memulai PTM di tahun ajaran baru perlu segera dilakukan,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut Wahyu Ris Widasih juga berharap, sebelum PTM dimulai, Juli mendatang, para guru, staf, dan peserta didik mendapatkan vaksinasi Covid-19.***
