GERAKAN Pemuda (GP) Ansor Sragen, Selasa (28/09/2021) kemarin mendatangi Gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Sragen, meminta penjelasan pelaksanaan Peraturan Presiden (PP) Nomor 82 Tahun 2021 tentang Pendanaan Penyelenggaraan Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes).
Menurut data yang dicatat inspirasiline.com, di Kabupaten Sragen terdapat 149 ponpes dengan 16.925 santri.
Ketua Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) DPRD Sragen Fatchurrahman yang dihubungi inspirasiline.com, Rabu (29/9/2021) mengatakan, teman-teman (GP Ansor) itu intinya merasa dianaktirikan dan mendesak legislator mempercepat pembahasan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) Ponpes dan Madrasah.
“Raperda Pesantren dan Madrasah sudah disampaikan melalui inisiasi. Sayangnya terkendala belum ada PP sebagai payung hukum untuk menindaklanjuti menjadi Peraturan Daerah (Perda),” ungkap Fathurrahnan.
Dikatakan, PP baru dikeluarkan pada pertengahan September ini. Diharapkan pada masa sidang ketiga atau sekitar November-Desember akan dilakukan pembahasan.
”Kami apresiasi dari teman-teman muda Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) yang mendorong kami dalam membuat payung hukum berkaitan Ponpes dan Madrasah,” ujarnya.
