Sragen-Inspirasiline.com. Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen menyerahkan Beasiswa kepada 181 Mahasiswa kurang mampu yang kuliah di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). Tercatat ada 38 Angkatan baru yang terseleksi dan pantas menerima Beasiswa. Langkah ini diharapkan bisa mendongkrak keluarga tidak mampu dan mengentaskan kemiskinan di Sragen.
Beasiswa diserahkan Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati di Ruang Transit Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Sragen, Jumat (14/10/2022).
Sumber dana Beasiswa ini didukung Mitra Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Matra). Yakni dana sumbangan sukarela Pejabat Struktural dan Abdi Sipil Negara (ASN) Pemetintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Sragen serta pihak lain. Kemudian dikelola Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (UPTPK) Sragen.
Hal ini sebagai wujud kepedulian mendukung Program Pemkab Sragen dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Program ini berjalan sejak 2015 lalu.
Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati menyampaikan ada peran ASN lewat Matra. Anggaran Matra ini dikumpulkan dari Tunjangan ASN Sragen. Selain Beasiswa, juga kebutuhan lain seperti bantuan bencana alam, dan sebagainya.
“Kita harapkan tahun depan bisa bertambah menjadi Rp 1,3 miliar agar lebih banyak Mahasiswa yang bisa terbantu,” Ungkapnya.
Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati menekankan, supaya mereka tetap mengikuti Sekolah dengan benar. Baginya tidak masalah ketika mereka lulus, akan ikut membangun Sragen dan tinggal di Bumi Sukowati. Atau merantau ke luar Kota. Selama mampu memutus kemiskinan Struktural.
“Selama mereka tidak menjadi bagian dari miskin turunan, ini mengentaskan kemiskinan,” Imbuhnya.
Kepala Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kabupaten Sragen Finuril Hidayati menjelaskan, mereka mengikuti pendaftaran sejak 1 Maret – 31 Agustus 2022. Artinya cukup panjang waktu pendaftaran bagi Mahasiswa asal Sragen.
“Kita umumkan di Website UPTPK dan bersurat ke Camat untuk diteruskan ke Desa ” Ungkapnya menjelaskan.
Finuril Hidayati menyampaikan, tidak harus Mahasiswa baru. Namun persyaratan harus Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). Selain itu tidak harus dari DTKS.
“Pensiunan pun bisa, kita lihat kondisi ekonominya. Apakah yatim piyatu dan sebagainya termasuk dari sisi income,” Ungkapnya menerangkan.
Finuril Hidayati menuturkan untuk terseleksi juga memperhatikan rangking dan akreditasi jurusan Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu juga menggunakan Sistem Informasi Management (SIM) Kemiskinan di UPTPK.
“Jadi, ada skornya untuk masing-masing anak,” Ungkapnya.
Menurut Finuril Hidayati selama mempertahankan IP 3.00, mereka mendapat bantuan Rp 6 juta. Lantas Pendaftaran gelombang 2023 biasanya sudah dibuka Bulan Maret. Pendaftar tidak harus semester awal.
Salah satu penerima Beasiswa, Afifah Khoirul Hasna Mahasiswi Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) asal Desa Saradan, Kecamatan Karangmalang menyampaikan mendapatkan informasi ini dari sharing antar Mahasiswa. Pihaknya terbantu Rp 12 juta untuk 2 semester.
“Orang tua terbantu dengan bantuan Beasiswa ini, Orang tua bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik dan buruh lepas. Kalau bantuan biaya Beasiswa ini Rp 500 per bulan, saya rasa cukup,” Ungkapny.a ( Sugimin/17-Release Diskominfo Sragen )
