Rembang-Inspirasiline.com. Bertepatan dengan peringatan Hari Disabalitas Internasional (HDI) Sabtu (3/12/2022), Pemkab Rembang mengusung tema Satu Perusahaan Minimal Satu pekerja mengakomodir tenaga kerja dari penyandang disabilitas.

Dalam kesempatan itu Bupati Rembang memberikan penghargaan kepada dua perusahaan yang sudah mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas. Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dan PT. Sumber Mina Bahari.

Didik Abidin, HRD  PT. Sumber Mina Bahari mengungkapkan di perusahan tempatnya bekerja saat ini total ada 6 disabilitas. Bahkan satu orang menduduki jabatan di manajerial.

“Ada enam penyandang disabilitas, yang lima itu di level operator bagian produksi dan yang satu manajer produksi . Bahkan yang menjadi manajer  itu sudah bekerja sejak awal berdiri perusahaan tahun 2013, ” ungkapnya.

Pradipta Surya Bagian Personalia PT. Sumber Alfaria  yang juga hadir dalam peringatan HDI itu menceritakan sekitar tahun 2016, 2017 tepat di momen HDI, mereka mengundang para penyandang Disabilitas dan guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Dari 10 penyandang disabilitas , 7 bertugas di bagian gudang dan 3 di toko.

Saat ditanya tentang kemampuan, menurut pria yang akrab disapa Dipta itu mereka cukup kompeten. Jika mereka tuna rungu dan wicara cuma sedikit butuh cara berkomunikasi yang berbeda.

“Bagi perusahaan lain yang mungkin belum membuka kesempatan untuk teman- teman disabilitas bisa ditambah untuk slot- slot untuk difabel yang sesuai kompetensi dan kebutuhan perusahaan, ” imbuhnya.

Bupati Rembang, H.Abdul Hafidz menegaskan, pencanangan gerakan ini sebagai upaya untuk memperjuangkan  para penyandang disabilitas agar bisa bekerja di perusahaan yang ada di Rembang.

Di Indonesia, komitmen pelaksanaan penghormatan, perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas dituangkan pada Undang-undang Nomor 8 tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas.

Bupati juga mengintruksikan Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja untuk menindak lanjuti gerakan ini. Bagi perusahaan yang tidak memberikan ruang kerja bagi penyandang disabilitas dapat dikenakan sanksi sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

“Saya minta perusahaan di Kabupaten Rembang mentaati perundang-undangan, salah satunya perusahaan harus mempekerjakan 1 persen jumlah karyawan harus kaum disabilitas.”

Kepala Dinperinnaker Kabupaten Rembang, Dwi Martopo mengatakan pihaknya sudah memberikan pelatihan keterampilan kepada para penyandang disabilitas. Harapannya mereka bisa menjadi berdaya dan dapat berwirausaha.

“Kita sudah meningkatkan keterampilan teman-teman disabilitas, saya berharap nanti bapak ibu yang hadir mau memborong karya temen yang sudah dibuat dan dipajang di stand,” ujarnya sembari menunjuk barang- barang kerajinan karya penyandang disabilitas yang dipamerkan di sekitar lokasi acara.

Peringatan HDI ini juga menghadirkan tiga organisasi itu yakni Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Indonesia (PPDI), Disabilitas Multi Karya Rembang (DMKR), dan Layanan Inklusi Disabilitas (Lidi). Acara ini juga dimeriahkan beragam kreasi seni dari SLB Negeri Lasem. (Yon Daryono)
