Sragen-inspirasiline.com. Dalam kurun waktu yang sangat cepat, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukowati Tangen (RSST) berhasil dibangun dengan berbagai persoalan dan dinamikanya. Hal itu disampaikan Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati saat menerima Tim Surveyor Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Kemenkes di Aula RSST, Kamis (8/12/2022).
“Alhamdullilah, hanya karena niat yang tulus untuk bisa memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Sragen, kita bersikukuh dan berteguh hati apapun yang terjadi Rumah Sakit ini harus berdiri. Hari ini kita sama-sama saksikan keberanian kita untuk akreditasi dan targetnya adalah Paripurna. Semoga kita mampu dan bisa.” Ungkap Bupati Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati mengawali sambutan.
Yuni sapaan akrab Bupati Sragen itu menerangkan walaupun belum bisa menerima pasien BPJS target pendapatan telah terlampaui. Kedepan pihaknya mengharapkan bisa segera melayani pasien BPJS sehingga akan mempunyai target yang lebih lagi.
Kabupaten Sragen menjadi satu-satunya Kabupaten yang memiliki Rumah Sakit komplit dengan segala macam tipe. Seperti RSUD dr. Suhadi Priyonegoro merupakan Rumah Sakit dengan tipe B (Rumah Sakit Pendidikan), Rumah Sakit dr. Suratno Gemolong dengan tipe C, RSUD Sukowati Tangen dengan tipe D.
Dalam target RPJMD termasuk dalam Program Prioritas Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen, Yuni berharap bisa memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat dimanapun berada. Pihaknya meyakini Pembangunan RSST di Kecamatan Tangen bisa melayani masyarakat disebelah Utara Bengawan dan juga dapat mengakomodir pasien dari kabupaten tetangga seperti Grobogan.
“Jalan depan RSST ini merupakan jalan loss yang mengidupkan roda ekonomi karena bisa langsung tembus menuju Gemolong dan Kalijambe. Inilah yang menghubungkan urat nadi masyarakat disebelah Utara Bengawan. Sehingga dengan adanya RSST multiplier efeknya bisa kita rasakan, pertumbuhan ekonominya dapat meningkat dengan pesat dan proses pembangunan kita upayakan terus untuk bisa menyeimbangkan antara Utara Bengawan dan Selatan Bengawan.” Ungkap Yuni mengurai.
Yuni menekankan apa yang sudah dilakukan itu bisa menurunkan angka kemiskinan yang semakin tinggi. Tahun ini angka kemiskinan sudah turun secara luar biasa walaupun tidak diangka satu digit. Sehingga di tahun depan kita targetkan turun satu digit kembali begitu seterusnya dengan harapan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Sragen akan menurun.
“Saya berharap agar semangat teman-teman tidak berhenti sampai di survey. Karena biasanya setelah survey semangatnya agak turun. Kita mulai dari zero dan harus menjadi pioner bisa lebih baik dari SDM Rumah Sakit yang lain. Saya yakin kita mampu dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik.”Pesannya.
Sementara Ketua Tim Surveyor dr. Widayanto M.Kes., FisQua mengapresiasinya RSST yang memiliki potensi pelanggan luar biasa yang menarik pasien di kabupaten tetangga padahal belum bekerjasama dengan BPJS .
“Walaupun rumah sakit ini baru tetapi memiliki organisasi yang kuat, budaya kekompakan. Mudah-mudahan ini terus dibangun sampai nanti selesai survey. Ketika kami datang kemaripun kami dibuat kagum dengan hasil yang murni. Tempat ini dibangun bukan ditempat strategis, jauh dari angkutan umum. Pelayanananya pun belumlah lengkap. Tapi pasiennya banyak.” Ungkap dr. Widayanto.
Masih perlunya mengembangkan potensi yang ada. SDM untuk terus ditingkatkan. Widayanto menganggap Rumah Sakit ini sudah sangat proaktif sudah bisa mengantisipasi hal-hal yang perlu dibenahi saat ditemukan permasalahan.
“Lengkapi rumah sakit dengan sarana prasarana sesuai dengan regulasi. Budayakan kualitas Standar Akreditasi Rumah Sakit karena ini akan menjadi bagian dalam mengelola Rumah Sakit. Siapkan layanan unggulan yang diminati masyarakat sekitar.”Ungkapnya.
Direktur RSST dr. Wisnu Retnaningsih menyampaikan bahwa akreditasi RSST ini merupakan langkah awal sebagai syarat kerjasama dengan BPJS. Survey dilakukan mulai dari via daring dengan telusur Dokumen Bidang Medis, Perawatan dan Manajemen. Selanjutnya Tim Survey telusur lapangan RSST ( Sugimin/17-Release Diskominfo Sragen)
