Setelah melewati proses pembelajaran selama 104 hari mulai dari tanggal 10 Agustus – 7 Desember 2022, Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP) Angkatan IV tahun 2022 Pola Kerjasama antara Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Sragen dengan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah (Prov Jateng) resmi ditutup Bupati Sragen Kudinar Untung Yuni Sukowati di Aula Sukowati Sekretariat Daerah ( Setda ) Sragen Kamis (8/12/2022)
Hadir mendampingi Bupati dalam penutupan PKP Angkatan IV tahun 2022 Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Joko Suratno, Kepala Organisai Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Sragen, Widyaiswara dan perwakilan BPSDMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Kepala BKPSDM Kabupaten Sragen, Kurniawan Sukowati mengatakan, 30 peserta yang berasal dari 25 OPD Kabupaten Sragen dinyatakan lulus, 5 orang terbaik mendapatkan kualifikasi sangat memuaskan dan 25 orang lainnya kualifikasi memuaskan.
Lima orang terbaik tersebut yaitu Ferry Kurniasari dari Bappeda Libang Kabupaten Sragen, Ernall Suhartono dari Bappeda Litbang, Harno dari Dinas Perkim Kabupaten Sragen, Urip Sarwo Sambodo dari Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Sragen dan Gilang Akbar Dahana dari Kecamatan Sragen.
Kurniawan Sukowati menambahkan penilaian peserta Akademik meliputi beberapa penialaian diantaranya Evaluasi Akademik dengan bobot 25%, Evaluasi pembelajaran lapangan bobot 20 %, Evaluasi produk kepemimpinan aksi perubahan bobot 50%, Evaluasi sikap perilaku bobot 15%.
“Pelatihan ini merupakan proses untuk menempa dan membuat Abdi Sipil Negara (ASN) menjadi professional mutlak serta meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusianya. Profesionalitas ASN dalam bekerja itu sangat mutlak dibutuhkan” Ungkap Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati mengawali sambutannya.
Menurutnya dengan bekerja secara profesional, maka kita akan bekerja sesuai dengan panggilan hati tidak dapat diukur dengan materi.
Yuni sapaab akrab Bupati Sragen mengingatkan betapa pentingnya memaknai hidup yang penuh perjuangan. Karena perjuangan dari setiap tahapan manusia harus dilalui. Tidak ada manusia yang tiba-tiba menjadi sesuatu. Pasti akan melalui proses yang panjang yaitu perjuangan.
“Seperti proses ulat menjadi kupu-kupu yang memiliki sayap indah. Dimulai dari telur, larva, ulat, kemudian kepompong lalu menjadi kupu-kupu. Saat menjadi kepompong ia harus keluar dari lubang yang begitu kecil. Dengan tubuh yang besar ia harus meremas badannya agar airnya keluar dan mengalir kesayapnya. Dengan begitu ia bisa keluar tanpa dibantu dengan alat apapun. Seperti kupu-kupu, jika tidak mengalami perjuangan kita tidak akan struggle dalam menghadapi kehidupan.” Ungkapnya.
Sementara perwakilan BPSDMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah Sumar Hendro menyatakan, Apresiasinya kepada seluruh alumni PKP Angkatan IV tahun 2022 yang telah lulus dengan sangat membanggakan.
Sumar Hendro meminta, agar para alumni tidak hanya berhenti di hasil PKP saja melainkan yang paling penting adalah tantangan untuk melanjutkan yang telah di hasilkan selama pembelajaran sebagai tugas akhir dari Pelatihan Kepemimpinan.
Sumar Hendro menuturkan, Pelatihan ini merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan sikap dan semangat pengabdian yang berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat Bangsa dan Negara. Sehingga melalui Pelatihan ini diharapkan Alumni peserta Pelatihan tidak hanya memiliki Kompetensi dan Ketrampilan saja, namun juga mampu menunjukkan kinerja dalam memimpin sebuah perubahan dengan sebuah inovasi.
Dari sebuah Peningkatan Kompetensi yang merupakan salah satu tujuan dari sebuah Pelatihan adalah peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Bapak Gubernur Jawa Tengah mengingatkan kepada seluruh ASN bahwa tugas utama kita adalah memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
