Sragen-Inspirasiline.con. Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kabupaten Sragen resmi dibuka untuk umum Kamis (15/12/2022).
Sejumlah 40 Instansi baik Vertikal maupun Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) sudah membuka layanan. Lantas sejumlah kekurangan selama Soft Opening ini diharapkan segera dibenahi.
Sejumlah 40 Instansi terisi untuk memberi pelayanan warga Sragen. Termasuk Imigrasi yang pada umumnya melayani di Kantor Surakarta. Demikian juga sejumlah Perbankan membuka Stand di lokasi MPP Kabupaten Sragen.
Bupati Sragen Kusdinar Untung Yuni Sukowati menyampaikan pihaknya sudah berkeliling. Karena masih baru, AC masih dingin dan bagus. Selain itu pihaknya berpesan agar tetap nyaman, untuk menjaga kebersihan.
”Karena masih baru, dijaga dua orang yang pada umumnya 1 orang. Mudah-mudahan Crowded yang tadi membuat tidak nyaman bisa dibenahi. Agar pelayanan nyaman dan maksimal, jadi harus diatur dengan baik,” Ungkapnya.
Yuni sapaan akrab Bupati Sragen itu menuturkan bagian yang cukup padat yakni Pelayanan di Disdukcapil Sragen. Sementara lainnya cukup longgar dan terkendali.
”Saya juga minta Disdukcapil untuk layanan online agar mengurangi antrian,” Ungkap Yuni kepada Wartawan.
Pihaknya menyampaikan untuk masalah tersebut Yuni meminta Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Sragen menambah pekerja Cleaning Service dan Security. Menghindari membludaknya Permintaan Pelayanan.
Selain itu dari Instansi Vertikal masih meminta sejumlah Fasilitas Penunjang yang belum lengkap. Seperti kebutuhan Komputer dan Meja untuk Imigrasi.
”Kebetulan baru satu dan itu alatnya Imigrasi, kita belum berikan. Karena Fasilitas kami yang Tanggung Jawab, Operasional seperti biaya Listrik, Wifi dan sebagainya,” Ungkapnya.
Yuni menuturkan ada sejumlah komentar bahwa MPP di Sragen jauh lebih Komplit Instansi Vertikalnya dibanding beberapa MPP dari Daerah lain.
Yuni menegaskan, agar pelayanan di MPP berjalan Kontinyu. Tidak lantas setelah ini menjadi sepi.
Sedangkan Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) Sragen Adi Siswanto menyampaikan siap menjalankan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda). Termasuk Dispendukcapil, berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan Perintah Pimpinan.
”Selama layanan tidak terkendala, tetap kita laksanakan di MPP,” ujarnya.
Pihaknya menyampaikan Total Pelayanan di Dispendukcapil ada 58 layanan beragam terkait Kependudukan. Namun beberapa tidak memungkinkan dilayani di MPP. Misal untuk Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) khusus, berkaitan dengan Petugas Intelejen dan sebagainya. (Sugimin/17)
