APEL sinergitas penanggulangan Covid-19 digelar Pemerintah Kabupaten Blora di alun-alun, Jumat (5/2/2021). Apel diikuti anggota TNI, Polri, ASN Pemkab, dan elemen masyarakat, untuk pengendalian penyebaran Covid-19 di kabupaten paling timur Provinsi Jawa Tengah ini.
Apel dipimpin tiga pilar di Pemkab Blora, yaitu Bupati H Djoko Nugroho, Dandim Letkol (Inf) Ali Mahmudi, serta Kapolres AKBP Wiraga Dimas Tama.
Selain itu, hadir pula Sekda Komang Gede Irawadi dan Kepala OPD terkait, serta para camat se-Kabupaten Blora.
Apel juga untuk persiapan Gerakan “Jateng di Rumah Saja”, yang digulirkan Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo selama dua hari, Sabtu-Minggu (6-7/2/2021). Program ini menerapkan aturan pembatasan kegiatan dan mobilitas warga, selama dua hari.
Bupati Blora Djoko Nugroho dalam amanatnya menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada jajaran Polres dan Kodim, Yonif 410/Alugoro, Satpol PP, dab Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) yang aktif dalam tugas-tugas kemanusiaan penanganan Covid-19.
Bupati mengatakan, selain keaktifan petugas gabungan, diharapkan masyarakat ikut berperan dalam menerapkan disiplin protokol kesehatan.
”Kami mewakili masyarakat Kabupaten Blora, menyampaikan terima kasih kepada seluruh jajaran TNI-Polri, Satpol PP, dan BPBD, yang selalu aktif dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas penanganan Covid-19,” kata Djoko Nugroho.
Menyikapi perkembangan Covid-19 yang belum reda, di mana pemerintah pusat sudah memunyai program-program khusus untuk pencegahan Covid-19, sudah barang tentu Pemkab Blora siap mendukung. Salah satunya, lanjut Djoko Nugroho, Gerakan “Jateng di Rumah Saja’.
Poin Kesepakatan
Bupati Djoko Nugroho menyampaikan, ada beberapa poin kesepakatan yang telah dirapatkan Forkompinda Blora bersama instansi dan stakeholder terkait.
Beberapa keputusan yang diambil atas Gerakan “Jateng di Rumah Saja” meliputi penutupan car free day (CFD), pembatasan operasional toko/mal sampai pukul 20.00, dengan tetap melaksanakan protokol kesehatan secara ketat.
Ada juga pembatasan operasional restoran, kafe, PKL, dan warung sampai pukul 22.00, pembatasan operasional pasar sampai pukul 10.00, serta penutupan pasar hewan, karaoke, tempat hiburan, destinasi wisata, dan pusat rekreasi.
Bupati juga menyebutkan, adanya pembatasan terhadap hajatan/pernikahan (tanpa mengundang tamu), dan beberapa kegiatan lain yang memunculkan potensi kerumunan, seperti pendidikan, event, dan lain-lain.
Dia berharap, seluruh elemen masyarakat mendukung program itu dan jangan ada yang melanggar. Karena program itu sudah disosialisasikan, baik melalui media sosial, radio, maupun sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat.
”Kami mohon dukungan TNI, Polri dan elemen masyarakat. Program ini telah kami sosialisasikan jauh-jauh hari. Jadi jangan sampai ada yang melanggar dengan alasan tidak tahu,” paparnya.
Sementara Kapolres Blora AKBP Wiraga Dimas Tama menyatakan, pihaknya mendukung penuh kegiatan itu dan akan selalu bersinergi dengan Kodim, Yonif 410/Alugoro, Subdenpom, Satpol PP, dan BPBD Kabupaten Blora.
”Polres telah menjalin sinergi dengan berbagai elemen masyarakat. Harapannya, semoga program ini bisa berjalan lancar dan semoga dapat mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 di Blora,” ujar Kapolres.***
